Watching you collect 1K stems gave us an idea... to see how many flowers we have in bloom right now in our garden! We don't have 1,000... but we were still surprised by how many we do have right now in August. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration 🥰
Thank you for sharing! It's amazing how much goes into a business like this. Also really love the longer format, had a lovely time prepping wrapping for flowers while watching :)
Thank you for sharing Sarah. Wow! What a busy week hoping you're recovering from your back pain. Beautiful flowers and arrangements. So interesting to see what's under the microscope amazing how much life there is in one tiny drop. Best wishes
I’ll share a tip since you teach so much, rabbit fence doesn’t have to be dug if you lay it horizontal on the ground, stake it (camping stakes, horticorturql ’fabric’ stakes... etc, and fold it and tie it to the ’regular’ fence. I’m in a rocky uneven ground, i can relate to the size of the job you have !!
Thank you Sarah. I absolutely love following you around on the farm. All the flowers are gorgeous, especially the milk can arrangements and the summer wreaths. Take care and hope your back is better.
Wow, I just found you. You are one of the hardest working women in the industry! Just wow! Your flowers are absolutely beautiful! I'm trying to see which ones you grow, a little tough though. This was last year, I sure hope your back got better; rest is always a good thing but hard to do as a flower farmer. And you workshop, they're really intense, so much to choose from. Thank you for sharing your videos with us; I know setting up the camera before you actually do the activity is so time consuming. Onto the next video; yes, I'm binge watching, lol.
Well done Sarah such a busy week, must feel great having a full book. I was getting lost in the microscope bit, loved it! Hope the back feels better soon.
New here from USA… your bouquets are stunning!!! What are the flowers at 12:25ish…long wirey purple???..next to white cosmos I think…those wreaths were looking great…you must have given great instructions!!! Kudos!!! Thanks for your hard work, hopefully your leg n back felt better soon!
Awesome video thanks👍❤ A couple of tips regarding your back - (long time sufferer here) equestrian suppliers carry a flexible neoprene support , trade name, Professionals Choice, which has served me well for many years. Used to ride in mine when I had a niggly back but now useful for harvesting! Try sleeping (if you are a side sleeper) with a pillow between your lower legs - weird but it keeps everything in alignment! Pilates helps (if you do it regularly ) strengthen core muscles. When time permits please can you tell us which microscope etc you use and what if anything you would change now you have had experience with using it. Thank you for reading this essay!!😂😁😊
Nice video. Enjoyed it all, especially the soil and compost info. I always admire your energy. Look after yourself. There's some good yoga exercises on TH-cam for sciatica. Don't lose your health, though I'm sure you're aware of how important it is.
I definitely need to be incorporating more yoga and stretches! Since filming I’ve discovered it’s not sciatica but piriformis syndrome which is similar. It’s made me realise how much I need to take care of myself as it’s been almost 2 weeks of taking it easy now!
It’s hard to listen to your body when you’ve got lots of jobs to be getting on with isn’t it. But you seem curious and intelligent so I’m sure you’ll look into how you can resolve the issue. Sometimes I just do a few reps of a mobility exercise while I’m waiting for the watering cans to fill up or if I’ve been working in one position for ages I’ll do 3 mins of stretching. Feels like it helps a little and sometimes I haven’t got the energy for anything else.
All that bending over to cut the flower stems at soil level will take a toll on your back over time ,, wear and tear like repetitive strain injury, so if you can, keep your back upright and bend at the knees into a crouching position,, also be mindful when lifting heavy bags of compost or animal feed, keep the load close to your body and let your legs take the strain ,, hope it eases soon
Are those pink sunflowers in those arrangements? If so please can you share where u brought the seeds from? Never seen pink sunflowers before and they look beautiful
I actually prefer long and educating video like this
Me, too! Before I even knew it... it was done! So much great info to be had.

I sit down to weed, plant etc. It takes longer but it's much better for my back. Great video...could have been longer 😁 Stunning wreaths.
Hey Sarah , thanks for another great video! Would you share where you buy your snapdragon seeds and your brown Wrapping paper rolls?
Liebe Grüße
Hi, my snapdragons seeds are usually from either chilterns seeds or plants of distinction. My brown paper comes from davpack
Great video Sarah! Love that limonium, is it perennial for you? 💚
Hi I suffer with my back a lot I found constantly wearing a hot water bottle down the base of my back helps soo much and stops the spasms give it a go
Hot water bottles and baths have been helping me lots too!
Are those pink sunflowers in those arrangements? If so please can you share where u brought the seeds from? Never seen pink sunflowers before and they look beautiful

Is the the purple flower at 12:43 a celosia? It’s beautiful.
I think it is a type of statice? Russian statice?
I bought your handtie course...but still struggle to make it.
