@@OCDGamer they’re going on saying no evidence, it’s all fake, out of spite. The studio made their own tweet different from what dr. Disrespect said. They did their own investigation and from they saw/heard gave them enough to cut ties with him. Also dr. Disrespect edit his tweet. Originally it said “individual minor” but he changed it to individual.

@@waver64 I mean the facts are pretty clear cut, in 2017 twitch made 14,000 reports to national child protection services, in that exact year docs private dms and whispers were investigated and they found zero wrong doing (thats right, ZERO) thus nothing happened after that, regardless of the actual context (nobody knows, not even you) So what is going on? why is everyone hating him when they have zero facts except some disgruntled ex twitch employee that was trying to use NDA'd information to sell tickets to his awful show? there is nothing else because nothing happened lol.
I think this lesson in streamers, gamers and anyone in the digital spaces. When you are operating as a business with sales and or revenue exceeding six figures or more you really should have someone who is serving as a HR department, basically screening the day to day operations of said business. In this case outside of live or recorded game play Dr. D shouldn't of had the opportunity to interact with individuals unless there was a third party screening the conversation. This is something that you learn in business school about building an infrastructure to protect yourself and others from these types of incidents, it should be a "no brainer" but complacency will open the door for this. Dr. D just destroyed a multi million dollar company and career because of this situation and more so not understanding that you have to set structure into place that protects you and your business from these things happening, it exists in all fourtune 500 companies and you don't have these protections in place because you need them everyday, its about vetting situations that can cause the business harm or damage its integrity.
