In case you were wondering where the devlogs are: I'm hoping to get a devlog out next week! It'll be a bit chonky as there has been a lot of work done! Thanks for all your support
was fun to see you running through the same discovery cycle as the rest of us.. and how you also like feck forgot motors.. feck no ran out of iron plates.. forgot to one key node etc etc hehe if you wanna up the ante in regards to complexity you should try the SF+ mod you hit that nuclear complexity much earlier which makes me scared cause i havent reached nuclear tech in SF+ yet so im wondering how complex they made it
we all still remember the last time you ditched us with barely a warning, now you want the satisfactory community to support you? nah bro. not only did you act almightier than all the satisfactory regulars, youre plain up not entertaining.
I really love how much you love this game and are still a part of it in some way. :) Thanks for everything you did on this project, I've been following since Day 1 and I am so excited to play the next version when it comes out!
my uranium operation was in the danger forest over the large uranium area, i had to build a safe house because the big green fuckers kept killing me while working or afk. we brought sulfuric acid and returned fuel cells with drones
my friend and me finished the game for the first time on a dedicated server 2 days ago with a mega factory. I mean everything in phase 4 is crazy to build, even with satisfactory tools. And nuclear power is the cherry on the cake.
First time I set up nuclear I spent 40h, so a whole work week, setting everything up for 6 nuclear power plants and then I dumped all the waste via train in some random valley
FYI With the 0.8-ish SF, the best PFR no-waste alts use 1 uranium to 1 sulfur. All the other resources don't matter as they're abundant. There's IIRC 2100 Uranium, so 2100 Sulfur was needed to max nuclear, limiting turbo power and batteries. Also, PFRs are great SINK points. But they can also power trucks (just don't drive them without a hazmat suit and radiation filter in your gas mask), leaving no waste.
And then there's me, that has done all the work to create the Plutonium fuel cells, and just stores them (they take a lot less space than uranium waste, and I don't need the power (yet))
Always Awesome to see someone doing a nuclear build. I have mine planned out. Just using 300 uranium to create 60 GW and sink all the plutonium rods. I have to bring all the ingredients but after I created the alluminum, caterium and quartz train stations done, the trailer for 1.0 arrived. Now I am torn if I just invest the time and build my first ever nuclear power plant or not. I am a bit worried that I dont even finish the project in time as I have my hand full with my job and live in general. Not finishing the build however will torment me for the whole 1.0 playthrough. Any suggestions on what to do? :-d
The Factory for uranium fuel rods is actually pretty easy to build and since i now know about the alternate recipe for Plutonium and i am happy that i haven't build that yet the only annoying thing is the water
Per a famous minecraft mod called Big Reactors, why not have the leftovers able to be reprocessed into a lesser Blutonium fuel which can be used along with something else as fuel in a reactor and with lesser power output. No waste after that.
My entire nuclear production relies on the Uranium Fuel Unit. That, along with the resource node changes are the reason I’ll be starting a new save when 1.0 comes out. My current save has nearly 1000 hours in it. I’ll be sad to see it go but I think it will be nice to start over with all of the experience I’ve gained.
You dont really have to. What i did on my world is setting up a rotor factory (rotors replace beacons) and also i build a train station onto the mountain in the desert where the new uranium node is. I did it so i wont have to redo my whole Nuclear Power plant and i wont have power problems while fixing my world and getting my world 1.0 ready when it is out
I'm almost done doing that. When I'm done with it, I'll consider that game done as well, so that I can restart from scratch for 1.0. The nuclear setup, waste treatment and supply chains are easily my biggest project in Satisfactory yet, but it was a lot of fun setting it up, and it also made me build a railway around the entire map, just along the perimeter.
I have this unfounded theory that in 1.0 the beans will turn out to be retroactively important. All the innocent ones you killed will count against you. Eg. They are intelligent or contain a rare resource. So I don't kill them. I'm not a murderer. But damn, do they need to be shooed away.
@@Neo-vz8nh lol, that’s why we have watched how granny plays 😂 I was also surprised by “try again, MAM” 😂 and this incredible recipe of supercomputers abusing aluminum and sulfur 12:15 😅

The hardest part of nuclear power is setting up a way to sink out the waste. It's half the work if you just store it away, which I never did XD
And then there's me, that has done all the work to create the Plutonium fuel cells, and just stores them (they take a lot less space than uranium waste, and I don't need the power (yet))

you brought this upon yourself! good luck.

Personally, I'm just waiting for 1.0 and starting over. Even though I have 400+hrs in the current save... it's sad, but oh wells

Running just 6 nukes is a huge pain in the ass.
😅

yep! Secret strats!

Wasn't Jace at CSS when the Nuclear reactor was released as well as the waste processing?
Yep, I was.
watching this i REALLY want to play satisfactory but i don't want to be burned out when 1.0 releases 😥
gotta pace yourself!!
You can recycle the wate for the one nucklar rod thing. We have the recykling factory on my save np.
Gosh... I have not started Nuke Plant yet myself... watching these I don't know if I can...
Oh my goodness. Remember the hours doing that.
1:23 Don't waste your time making Moore, I've a feeling they'll burn it down anyway.
Damm you make the game look stressful 😅 9:45 for context
I once built a nuclear power plant that used 100% of the uranium on the map and created 0 waste, it took many hours.
I'm almost done doing that. When I'm done with it, I'll consider that game done as well, so that I can restart from scratch for 1.0.

I know you were asked thousand times about it probably, but are you going to attend 1.0 Satisfactory stream release?
IDK but I sure hope he can be an honored guest!
Can't believe Jace slaughtered an innocent bean 😮
im sorry :(
@@jembawls😂😂😂 we’ve all bean there Badum tish 🥁

There was someone who used a Bean spawner to see how many could fly on a manta. Many beans died in the making of that video.

Yep! If you just exit out of the menu without selecting anything.

It would have been hilarious if Jace had accidentally selected the wrong recipe at the end.
I'll be borrowing MAM o'clock
Long time I ve played. Btw it's a very great game!
You can kill the stilt ticks! SINCE WHEN?
since forever! they just have a lot of HP xD
What is the Red Circle on your 9 key of one of your hotbars? :)
It’s a Customiser color! You can add those to hot bars too.
@@jembawlsAre you fugging kidding!
Learn something new everyday.
i built my nuclear power plant then started on the recycling i had 480000 nuclear waste by the time i finished
I use to think nuclear was complicated too. But after 400 hours in Satisfactory Plus mod anything vanilla just seems too easy and stripped down.
#rigged!!!!
Thanks Jace. Helps a lot
How is Jake reusing the hard drive to get 3 new possible recipes? WHAT
Just don't select anything and press Escape, then you can rescan the hard drive!
