I use gelatin to thicken the gravy in stews, particularly when pressure cooking. I still use some cornflour but the gelatin makes the gravy shinier & adds a nice mouth feel, similar to when you have cooked bones is a stew over a long period of time.

Round Up Ready main ingredient is Glyphosate. The Gly part is a glycine mimic. Glycine is the main ingredient in gelatin. So make sure your gelatin is from grass fed animals and not CAFO animals.

Hey I just made your beef gelatin bulletproof gummies; I’ve had a huge jar of Vital Protein Beef Gelatin for two years w no knowledge how to use it; they’re delicious but how long do they stay fresh? Store in fridge? Could they be frozen? The lemon gummies as well... I made them in silicone cupcake molds... thanks in advance, would soo appreciate a response!
Yes, store in the fridge... Not sure about the freezer. Haven't tried that yet!
