I took a helicopter ride down the Grand Canyon years ago. No matter how beautiful a video or photos are, they don't do the canyon justice. Because experiencing it is a feeling that's hard to describe. We landed on a plateau and had a picnic lunch. That place is absolutely breathtaking!! I'm SO glad I did it. Worth every dollar I spent. I would highly recommend it to anyone even just thinking about it.
I visited the grand canyon in 92, looked in every direction and just marveled in awe as have never experienced anything so remarkably amazing. Seeing any movie/video is just mind blowing. Certainly enjoyed that trip and would love to travel from Australia to that area again. Awesome natural beauty in USA.
Absolutely stunning photography. Thanks for opening up this part of our beautiful country for those of us who have never been inside the canyon. Well done.
I will confess, I watch this video just about every day. I use the music to lull my 8 month old grandson to sleep, while I enjoy all these views of the Grand Canyon. I enjoy traveling the world vicariously.
+usdesigns Yes, Deuter's music is great, I would use it in some of my new videos as well if I could get any answer from the label about the licencing :) Glad to hear you enjoy the video, one of my best traveling experiences! Take care :)
Be it your profession or Hobby you are one of those luckiest to be able to see our home planet earth to an extent that is impossible for a common man. Blessed are you. It takes many lifetimes to see all you have seen around. Thanks for showing us and sharing your visual treat.
How beautiful ......... thank you so much. Would love to make the journey myself, but am now disabled due to age, and my legs no longer work very well ...... but this video is just amazing. How great is our God for creating such wonderful scenery. Thank you for posting - and for the care and work involved.
+Michael J. Freeman Thank you, Michael for your appreciation of the beauty of this extraordinary area and the effort involved in the video. Take care :)
When I retired 8 years ago my retirement gift to myself was a 6 day rafting trip thru the ‘Big Ditch’...so beautiful and majestic...videos and photos don’t do it justice...
When you have comments in english, italian, spanish, turkish, chinese, russian... you know you have touched a lot of people... great video. Great music. In a zone...
My only & brief encounter of G.C., the tourist laden south rim, and heard several languages from the visitors. Yes, people from the globe over to see the beauty.
There are no words for this video--stunning, spectacular, awesomely beautiful--all fall short. Such great camera work. Thank you for bringing this to all of us, especially great for the disabled, the sick, and the just plain lazy.
Beautiful beyond words, glad to see y'all taking your time to truly enjoy the beauty.Thats an adventure you dont want to end,for sure. When life gets hectic and turned up side down, kick back an let your cares melt away.
I have always wanted to do a trip on the Colorado River. I've been to the Grand Canyon 4 times in my lifetime and it's just the most beautiful thing I've seen in my life. I thank God for the Grand Canyon, I see Him everywhere.
Like the Nike commercial , just do it. Do the full Canyon whether it's a motor or oar. It's not everyone's thing but from your comment you will not be disappointed. I've done several. The "once in a lifetime" has me coming back
Your video brings back so many great memories. I took my 15th trip in 1999 and it's sooo hard to describe to those who haven't had the pleasure of being there. your video says it all
This is a gorgeous passage through one of the most amazing places on our planet. Obviously the editing was a labor of love and professionalism. On reflection, the stupendous millions of years that our human minds cannot even begin to imagine created this geological marvel. The music is orchestrated perfectly to match the mood of the ever changing canyon. Please share the name of the music. And thanks for sharing your journeys with all of us.
+James Kingham Thank you for your comment! Being for 6 days inside the Canyon is truly extraordinary experience, and I tried my best to convey it! The music (3 pieces) is listed under the details for the video (click on 'Show More' under the video). Have a wonderful week!
I want to thank you so much for sharing your journey through the Grand Canyon I totally enjoyed it so much love the music ❤️you sure did a wonderful job,I don't know what it is but Grand Canyon just touches my soul every time!! I watch the video I just get so emotional it's so spiritual it sure is one of the most beautiful places in the world !!I know that I know that I know 😇that there is a God ❤️❤️thank you again for sharing with the world👏☀️
Absolutely stunning and spiritual. Planning a float trip with my family in '23. I've taken 2 helicopter rides into it and when I attended NAU in Flag in the late 80's for a semester me and dad one day hiked down kaibab and out Bright Angel in August like idiots lol. Love this place. Thanks for sharing!
Blissful, so relaxing to absorb the majesty of Grand Canyon. Something I would love to have achieved but costs travelling from the UK to go the whole length was prohibitive.
I did a Diamond Rivers raft trip in July 2007 Lees Valley to Bar 10 Ranch. This video is prbly the best I've seen that captures the feeling you get travelling through the bottom of the Canyon. One of the most magical places on the planet, the sense of scale is overwhelming and is a feeling never leaves you. I'm coming back
Excellent footage and awesome sights. The beauty of nature combined with the calming music did something to my soul. Wish I was on the journey. Thanks for sharing!
Great work! I came here because this mystical river running through these canyons keeps fascinating me. Have been here back in 2014, but didn't have time to descent to the river. I still regret that today, but this heals the scars. Thanks!
A 21 day river trip in the Grand Canyon was the most rewarding trip in my 66 years. The most beautiful part was the green water section in the Marble Canyon, first four days. Thank you for this most beautiful portrayal of this glorious river! May the dams be decommissioned and may if flow free once again! Beautiful music choices and very moving images. Glorious!
So tranquil, wish I was on the raft sitting back looking up and all around and the cliffs. The atmosphere is stunning and the music to go with it is beautiful. Thanks for posting.
+Martin Paryz Thanks for watching and commenting! You are right about the general feeling on that trip, extraordinary experience with a small group of people
One of the best videos I have ever seen! I just returned from Grand Canyon and was looking to refresh my memories and lo and behold, what a video I found! Thanks for sharing!!
What an amazing video of this impressive landscape, those colors are amazing hopefully I once will see this with my own eyes, am sure it will be overwhelming. Thanks for the impression!

Outstanding... felt enveloped in power.. thank you. didn't see any fish jump...so amazing to see plant life at the bottom of the mountain of rock...and it's all because of the power of water......
Thank you for sharing this ! Wonderful pictures & beautiful music. I was at the Grand Canyon, South Rim in 2018 and it was really overwhelming. To see the canyon now from this perspective is wonderful. As I am addicted to water I would love to do this but i am afraid that i am not healthy & fit enough :-(
In 2012 my wife and I spent 9 days on the Colorado River. We transited the entire Grand Canyon from Marble Canyon to Lake Mead. I recommend Grand Canyon Expeditions to guide you through this beautiful wonderland. Truly unforgettable.
Once President Bill Clinton asked for a tip about where to go for a short vacation (perhaps Christmas). One of his White House staff members suggested to visit Grand Canyon. After visiting GC, he felt so mesmerized by its sheer, rugged beauty that he said (not verbatim), "Every American should feel gifted to have such a natural wonder in their country. I strongly recommend my fellow countrymen to visit it at least once in their lifetime". Long ago, perhaps in 1980, I saw a photographic book on GC at USIS library of Kolkata, India. It contained 90 high quality art plates. I spent nearly an hour flipping thru it, deeply engrossed. I remember, the photographer wrote in the introduction, he spent nearly 20 years visiting GC, on many occasions to capture its various moods and spirit, on different time of the day and season. GC is very close to my heart but I may not able to visit it ever. Thanks to this vdo. I virtually traveled thru its gorgeous gorges. I am fully soaked with its mystic charm.
I tell everyone that rafting down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon should be done by every American. I've rafted the canyon twice. I've also hiked down from the north rim to the river then up to the south rim.
Hey samaresh... I am also an indian(punjabi) living in California... If all the stars line up in your favor and you get a chance to come visit...let me know.. it would be my pleasure to host you and show you around...i feel myself to be very blesses to be in this beautiful country and i would love to share that feeling with you.
Amazing Places on Our Planet I wish you would but make the entire Grand Canyon river trip with maybe a 2 hour video. You do such a wonderful job with your videos. Are you a professional photographer? We watched this video again last night. Thanks.
You have captured the majesty of the canyon as well as anyone could. The music you used fits very well and I usually write nasty things about the music in nature videos. A trip to always remember through one of the most amazing places on the planet.
i ve had the pleasure of multiple grand canyon trips and this video captures the unique essence of this wonderful place well done and a sincere thank you for sharing
The views around the visitors’ center are breathtaking, however, it can be very crowded and noisy. This view from the bottom looks much more peaceful and even more impressive. Thanks for sharing one of our Creator’s many blessings. God bless our beautiful America!❤️🇺🇸💕
Wow I'm very impressed with you and your teammates....all of you are brave, have a lot of strength and endurance... Fantastic video. Such a great group of friends. About 19 years ago I and some friends got to camp a couple of days in the grand canyon, if you want to do it there is a long wait after getting your camping permit, at that time we had a whole year to wait to go down but it gave us a whole year to toughen up for the hike and I'm glad I had the endurance to do that 10 mile hike down. We walked around a lot the next day maybe a few miles in each direction, played in the waterfalls and visited the Indian reservation. Then the 10 mile hike back out the next day. It was so beautiful, loved doing it. Great memory... You and your friends have been making some fantastic memories and letting us tag along. Thank you so very much.
Hey Cowboy , you've been there , is the river shallow ? I see rapids , wild animals , did you see rattle snakes ? Magnificent canyon , I hold my breath, 400 hectares of area .Beautiful landscape .I'm enjoying the video as if I'm in there .Please do reply .Salisbury Park , Pune , India.
@@subhashnamey5562 The depth of the river depends on how much water they're releasing from Glen Canyon Dam on any given day. When they let more through, the depth increases, and the action of the water as well. Before the Dam was built, the mighty Colorado, as it's called, was very rowdy with serious rapids. After the Dam was built, on days when less water is released, the river is a lot more peaceful. Yes, the Grand Canyon has rattlesnakes. I hiked the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim-to-rim (South Rim to North Rim and back to the South Rim) in 3 days in March of 1975, during a late Winter snowstorm. We had reservations to camp inside the Canyon (a year in advance!), so we didn't want to forfeit them, so we went on ahead, and it was a trip of a lifetime. It ended up snowing 5 ft. of snow on the South Rim and 7 ft. of snow on the North Rim, while sleeting with high winds (SO Cold!) along the river. One of our group had hypothermia and was weak, they nearly had to be helicoptered out, but our group half-carried them out, as they could barely walk. It was an amazing journey, not one to be taken lightly. Because that person was big and looked strong, the group leaders assumed they were strong enough for the 45 mile hike (it's only flat along the river, otherwise it had a lot of Up and a lot of Down to be hiked), but that assumption of strength was incorrect, the person wasn't prepared for such a hike, and got into trouble as a direct result. It is Not a hike to be taken lightly. You might enjoy my Arizona playlists, one of which is of the Grand Canyon, and includes this video.

Awesome photography, thanks for sharing. I did the trip (motorized) in 2016 but it looks like the way to really take it all in is with the smaller rafts. I would have enjoyed all the side trips you folks did. There is just sooooo much to take in!!
Just Wow ! I made a similar trip in the Canyon this year and your video made me feel what I felt sailing down the Colorado river ! Great music too ! Thank you ! :D
would like to spend my last days here . peacefull tranquility ... i will never see places like this as im unable to travel ... many thanks for sharing this beautifull valley and your time making this video ...from Wales u.k.
Cuán pródiga es la naturaleza. Un verdadero paraíso para gloria, satisfacción y bienestar espiritual. Felicitaciones Estimados e intrépidos explotadores.
We boated the Colorado River several different times. We would put our boat in at Parker, and head north to Havasu, and then head north from there all the way to Bullhead City, it was a beautiful experience, we would camp on the shores of the river which were all sandy, build our fire on the sand and cook our food on the fire, those were special times for us and we will never forget them.
We actually swam in the river at points where the water could carry you away, but we were strong enough swimmers that you would just resist the pull and get back to shore quickly, it was a fantastic experience.

American landscape is so gorgeous!!!
love it !!
