This is sadd. A lady was advised her blood will be drawn every 6hours. The doctor suggested best way to find out if infection is no longer a threat. The time came the staff could no longer draw blood, the doctor saids the blood level of infection is still same. A Picc line was the inserted on right arm. A different doctor and nurse took over care of patient and removed the doctor who continuously draw blood to the point of needing a picc line. The active doctor and nurse immediately, scheduled a blood transfusion and temporarily stopped the drawing of blood.

Emergency again, what about patients with prolapse valve problems or structural defects of the heart problems were medication administration to a large vein is needed to prevent extravasations though at left atrium the right atrium insertion of picc line where blood will also be propelled to left atrium, with little time to assess with a patient guardian knowing less about patient health history with an emergency room without much equipments to assess such as 3rd world countries and transferring patients is not advisable at the moment without emergency management, ABC first of course or intraosseous later?
