It was super green and lucious inside , they had beautiful pathways for both walking and cycling and a lot of amenities. You name it, It's there!

All these ambience will be there till the Builder taking care of maintenance. Once the builder hand over to the owners ASSOCIATION which is regularly done
All these beauty will be spoiled and dissappear because of lack of maintenence. Even the ceiling leakage of the individual flat if we buy from the renowned builder also cannot be done so easily because the above flat has to cooperate. Big draw back. Always individual house even a small SQ.FT is the BEST.

See I don't mind she posting this video. But to do a review of a property there are quite a lot of boxes to be ticked . It seems she was just blown away by the model or show apartment itself . One had to review the UDS , whether the project is in a flood prone region or not , amenities , security, connectivity to IT parks , schools , major transport hubs , hospitals etc. The theme for the project e.g. whether it's a green or eco friendly crap which most developers nowadays advertise. Hand to my heart , I don't give a heed as long as the project ticks 70% of the boxes . Well , good try Vanitha , just go a little detailed next time. Gives viewers like us a better insight into the project . 👍

Actually we Bought this after checking almost 50 of Gated communities and this was a The Bestest i can say. Always will feel proud for my choice in brigade phase 1 and luckily we got 71% UDS where no one can afford in chennai.

Thank you very much. Last time when we checked it was Rs6999/Sq ft.
We booked in Celeste long back but now when my relative tried to book, they found that the clubhouse UDS is owned by phase 1 residents alone. Is this not a problem for the rest of the residents like us in other phases?
I think we all are entitled to use the club, there will be a small fee to use the club in the future. Will confirm.

The Brigade sales team clarified this aspect and provided us all the needed information that the clubhouse UDS is shared among the residents of all the phases. We confirmed that the agreement copy also states the same. So it is not an issue or concern as stated earlier in my comments

The rent should be atleast 30k.
What is the rental income for 2bhk?
Rent should be atleast 20k for each month.

Some where around 85L for a 2 bedroom.
