So Akshay accepted that his passport is Canadian by saying that he can pay his taxes in Canada but still he choses to pay it in India and that he is paying the highest taxes here. "Kya hota hai? Ek document hota hai bas". But in the end he will not give up his citizenship of Canada thats for sure.
Yes but many indians going to USA for their further studies because of good wages but you can't say that they r less Indian than anyone or more Indian.His career was not going well due to which he had adopted him.if u have a issue with him then u should open a movement against all those Indians who want to take over Canada or USA ...brother neither I like him nor I will watch this movie but where someone wants to live is his wish.
@@Om.l6179 I have no problem at all with anybody living anywhere. I myself am an NRI. Problem is with Sanghis who will immediately jump to the NRI part and say if you are so concerned about India then why have you left? Those same people will cheer NRIs when they r Modi fans.. It seems only criteria to b an Indian or good citizen is to sing praises for Modi. Akshay has lied time and again about his citizenship. Earlier in an interview he said that it was an honourary citizenship. It was pointed out no it wasn't. Canada hasn't given him one. Then also in this interview he tried to be wague and gave twisted answers.. Why not just say it and get on with it. Because then he will hav to validate all the NRIs too who r outside and are critical of Modi/BJP.
Why should he ?? Uski Marzi wahan rahega. Ab tujhe koi passport nahi mila to ro kyo raha hai???

Personally I wouldn't want anyone to question or criticize anybody on matter of citizenship but Mr. Akshay Kumar once said that Canadian citizenship was "Honourary" & bestowed upon him by the Canadian government, today he says movies weren't working so decided to shift, Mr. Kumar, people shifting for occupation/ work don't get a passport, they get work Visa. But if we're questioning Akshay ji for his Canadian citizenship then one must question Alia Bhatt for being a UK citizen, Aamir Khan's nephew Imran Khan for being a US citizen as well, I'm sure there would be plenty such examples.
But Alia bhatt & Imran Khan doesn't sell nationalism in cinemas
