Thank you so much. Out of the country and the zipper came off of my son's chest bag. No pliers, but I used the prongs of a plug to open the zipper and 2 separate plugs to close it again. Took a few minutes but the zipper is now better than it was before.

I was very skeptical that this would work on a suitcase zipper I have. The key for everyone is to follow through and do that little needle and thread thing he shows at the end. Once I did that it was perfect. My expensive Travelpro bag that I was going to throw away is now good as new.

Opening the zipper with pliers and pinching it closed again resulted in a broken zipper pull. Now I have a broken zipper, zipper pull, and toy that I was trying to fix. 😢
