    Choley Ki Tarkari Recipe:
    Choley ki Tarkari Ki Preparation:
    Ingredients:
    250 gm Chana (Chickpeas) (soaked for 2 hours).
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda.
    1/4 tsp Namak (Salt).
    1/4 cup Oil.
    1 medium size Pyaz (Onion) (Chopped).
    1 tsp Lahsan Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste).
    1 tbsp Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder).
    1 tbsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder).
    1 tsp Namak (Salt).
    1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder).
    1/2 cup Paani (water).
    1 Chicken Cube.
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
    pinch of Baking Soda.
    Directions:
    Add chana (Chickpeas) in a cooker.
    Add Paani (Water) as required.
    Let in cook till done.
    Add Baking soda and Namak (Salt).
    Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Take Oil in dish.
    Add Pyaz (Onion) and cook till color changes.
    Add all the spices and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Now add the boiled chana (Chickpeas).
    Take 1 cup boiled chana (Chickpeas) in a blender and blend them well.
    Now add the blended mixture.
    Let it cook for 1/2 hour.
    Now add the garam masala and baking soda.
    let it cook for 5 minutes.
    Now dish out and enjoy.
