If you think of 9mm, it is CZ you refer to. It has always been one of the best and reliable hand gun in this caliber.

my first pistol was a CZ 75B, 9mm 16+1 I bought in 1996, good accuracy and a sturdy pistol..

Oh it has the adjustable rear! Almost didn't notice it! I wish more of these had ended up in he US, but we can understand why. Quite a lot of them ended up in (then) Rhodesia, where they were made to serve with rigor and it showed.
Yes, the adjustable rear sight is quite rare on any CZ 75 of that era. And luckily this one was spared from any serious abuse.
US prices are ridiculous. Then again, only a hand full ever made it over there. And prices have been rising drastically here in Europe as well over the past few years.

Great stuff. Wish they had kept to that but I can understand why they switched to the beefier frame.
The frame wasn't the problem with the material they used for the first series (milled from a forged block of steel).
They _had to_ beef up the frame when they switched to cast steel.
@@ShootAUT That is true. I will defend my clumsy wording by noting they found they had to, it wasn't something initially scheduled to occur or expected (Though maybe it should have been? That's more than I know.) when they switched to the cast steel. Many point to the much maligned spanish frames, but CZUB observed the same cracked frames in some of their own cast frames as well before the change. I wish we had more videos of these first models.
@@RocketPropelledGuy Yeah. Yet the lack of videos isn't a real surprise.
They're rare and expensive in the US, fairly cheap and easy to come by but often overlooked in Europe, and in other parts of the world they are/were heavily used service pistols and therefore not _that_ special to them.

eine wunderschöne CZ75! Der abgerundete Abzugsbügel der und der klassische Hammer der frühen Modelle haen schon ihren eigenen Charme.
Könntest du mir vielleicht verraten, welche Griffschalen du montiert hast und wo man die bestellen kann? Ich sähen nämlich auch auf meiner glänzend brünierten CZ75B wohl recht schick aus :). Dankeschön!

What's the story with the wood grips? The first model and the Pre-B came with plastic grips. Just curious.
I'm a steel & wood guy. Just prefer the feel and looks of wooden furniture.
Luckily grips4u makes them for the CZ 75 in their original design. Had to have them. 😁

Hello brother, how are you.. I have a question that I hope you will answer me please... Can the magazines of this pistol be used with CZSP01
To be honest, I'm not sure. I haven't tried them in the SP-01 yet.
I know they work in a CZ 75 BD and the CZ Sport II, so they'll probably work in a SP-01 as well.
Modern magazines (16-shot CZ 75B magazines and newer) are usually interchangeable. The first magazines (15 shots) have a slightly different shape. As far as I know, they won't fit in all modern CZ pistols, and not all modern magazines will fit in the first CZ 75.
