About the Speaker:
Prof. Sumita Roy: Director of Osmania University Center for International Programmes, has an insightful career in human resource development, teaching and research. With her incisive knowledge of Indian culture, literature, history and philosophy, she has honored many national and international literary and cultural occasions. She was conferred with "BOOKS ON BOOKS AWARD" in 2006 by the Federation of Indian Publishers, New Delhi for her publication entitled "Never Say No to Life." Besides several publications on soft skills, she has conducted workshops on soft skills at several premiere institutions.

Thanks to the person who share this video in youtube. Just for you I got an opportunity to listen Prof.Sumita Roy on her lecture at IIT Kanpur. Really she is wonderful, what she is having an Excellent communication skill, good Skill set, relate to real life, culture a lot, read lots book etc. Thanks to Prof.Sumita Roy for every thing. Wonderful speech you are given , I admire of you. Vivekananda is great inspiration in our life , but I want to say something about leadership quality . Great son of India Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose who possessed all quality of leadership ( initiative ,commitment etc), he was also great follower of Swami Vivekananda , his master is Vivekananda. I think every Indian should know his life ( specialy student) . What a leader he had. I will expect from you that give example , Netaji as a leader. Vivekananda's Bani ( Arise, Awake and Stop Not Till Goal Is Reached).Only leader was abide by the Swamij's Bani.
