This is what I love about dj-jo, he makes actual REMIXES, he doesn't just put a beat over the original, he actually takes the song and redefines it into something with the same soul and feel of the original, and he perfects it and not only perfects it, but makes it beyond what anyone could expect.
You know, you are genuinely the BEST "remixer?" If that is the term, I have ever heard. And I don't use that term 'best' lightly. You don't just add random dubstep beats and hope it turns out alright, which is a common trend in most remixes i've seen, but you, you understand the music, understanding what made these tracks so fantastic to begin with. You don't just add techno music, you integrate the beats with the music, creating something new while keeping the old. You just understand the music.

Idk how you did it but wow the emotion in this song, ladies and gentleman we have a true musician here; who was able feel the music with no inhibition, and then add to it, improve it even. the musical tonality of the main chorus is saturated with the feeling you get when you are fighting with someone and both realize that fighting is not the answer, or i suppose more accurately the feeling you get when a metaphorical veil is lifted and you realize that a certain person or group of people isnt so cut and dry as you previously thought, maybe misjudging them based on their appearance or a few bad eggs. You are kind of sad for your own blindness but there's also a feeling that for the two to live harmoniously is truly the natural order, and that its not to late to make things right. The true beauty of that is the fact that i didn't have to have played the game to get that idea it comes straight from the musical intro to the game if you have the feels to feel it. Kudos to the person who wrote the soundtrack for flawlessly portraying the overarching theme of the ENTIRE game in what equates to about 20 seconds of musical notes arranged in a specific manner, and major kudos to dj jo for having the feels to feel it first off, that is increasingly rare these days, and secondly for having the DETERMINATION (wink wink) to want to improve upon the tune, highlighting the key parts that hit you like a brick to try and give people that same feeling, you are actively laying down pieces of the puzzle of musical perfection. i spent most of last night trying to hold back tears at work listening to this song. This song has meant a lot to me over the years. I was 14 when it came out and I’m 18 now. I cried so hard when I first herd it and it made me cry when I cam back to listen to it again today. This song was an outlet for me, a way to let me release all of the stress and fear a bad situation put me under. Now that I’ve recovered from that those memories are brought back to me and I fee grateful that I am where I am right now and that I was able to get through things. Thank you Dj Jo for the memories and for helping me through the hardest time I have ever and likely will ever experience.

Amazing job with this remix! It really stays true to the original work. I know that a lot of other commenters are requesting that you do another Undertale song, and while it may seem like they just want more content - the truth is that we are all really interested to see what you do with the soundtrack. I know that I don't just speak for myself when I say that you are an incredibly talented composer, seriously the amount of dedication, understanding, and respect for the OST needed to create a remix like this is incredible. This is something that few other song composers on youtube possess. Not to speak poorly on those that do care, but most Undertale "remixes" are simply tracks of the OST with dubstep or stock orchestral clips pasted over it. Because of this, the works of people like you stand out from the rest - and as you can see it attracts a LOT of attention. Most importantly however, I don't want you to feel obligated to make another Undertale song. If you feel as though you have to make it just satiate the desires of this fanbase, don't make another song. One of the reasons that this song is so great is because you enjoyed making it just as much as we enjoy listening to it. If however you truly want to make another song, then go ahead. Whatever your decision, we're rooting for you. Also, if you do decide to do another Undertale song, I'm really interested in seeing what you can do with Spider Dance (if you were looking for a recommendation).

This isn't Dubstep just so you know, it's Electro Pop. However genres of EDM (Both Electro Pop and Dubstep are EDM) can be very complicated and confusing.

I know that a lot of other commenters are requesting that you do another Undertale song, and while it may seem like they just want more content - the truth is that we are all really interested to see what you do with the soundtrack. I know that I don't just speak for myself when I say that you are an incredibly talented composer, seriously the amount of dedication, understanding, and respect for the OST needed to create a remix like this is incredible. This is something that few other song composers on youtube possess. Not to speak poorly on those that do care, but most Undertale "remixes" are simply tracks of the OST with dubstep or stock orchestral clips pasted over it. Because of this, the works of people like you stand out from the rest - and as you can see it attracts a LOT of attention.
Most importantly however, I don't want you to feel obligated to make another Undertale song. If you feel as though you have to make it just satiate the desires of this fanbase, don't make another song. One of the reasons that this song is so great is because you enjoyed making it just as much as we enjoy listening to it. If however you truly want to make another song, then go ahead. Whatever your decision, we're rooting for you.
Also, if you do decide to do another Undertale song, I'm really interested in seeing what you can do with Spider Dance (if you were looking for a recommendation).
