for the aguachiles, next time try blending a bit of cilantro with the sauce! Makes it really good as well and kinda helps with the spice just a little😊 but either way still looked so good!
if you like canned tuna, you have to try: tuna, celery, onions, mayo, a sweet apple (some recipes call for 1/2 but i use the whole thing). the apples add a good crunch and it’s such a good summer lunch

If you toast breadcrumbs in a pan with a little butter, it tastes delicious mixed into pasta like that, gives it a nice texture too!
