I opted to get an odin2 when i needed to make a decision. The odin 2 is the best. But I just bought a used steam deck 2 weeks ago. And i now get it. The steam deck just does everything. Also happy birthday

My only real gripe with Steam Deck is that I'm not a fan of the right stick's location compared to the face buttons. I'm also a bit daunted by the varying prices and whether or not to go OLED. Personally, I'm happy with my ROG Ally, and it'll keep me happy for a good while. But I'll consider the Deck someday if the price is right and I can find it in stores.
I had spicy shrimp fettucine from Boston Pizza lol. Steak sounds good too, but we made a homemade roast the other day so beef is only aloud twice a week in my diet!
