Thank you so much for your doctrine. After your preaching, I understood that keeping NRU in mind makes ones HAPPY. NRU stands for N= Natural Law, R=Reasoning(Mindfulness), U=Understanding (Wisdom).
If you practice the 3 words NRU, you will never be unhappy until you die. In Burmese, I want to say," Tha thone lone saung thay taung ma sin ye".

Yes you are absolutely right.Buddha's teaching is the truth of three worlds,world of beings,world of locations,world of formations.They are natural phenomena.The natural phenomena are concurrence of causes and conditionalities,law of cause and effect and conditional genesis or relativevity theory. Yes we ,human beings are natural phenomenal conditional process of matter and formations or body and mind.Yes meditation is practising 8 noble pathways everyday.
