The chase when you're shooting down the Chaos Kin, the music was absolutely PERFECT. All the enemies, dodging and blasting your way through all the obstacles in your way as time is running out.. Man I got CHILLS when I played this.
I'd say that the 25 years thing's also just going along with the joke that it took so long for the original Kid Icarus to get a sequel. Anyways, I'd say Kid Icarus 2 wouldn't involve other mythologies just yet. They still have potentially Dendite, Pitto's inabillity to fly on his own, and the orgin of the Aurum to deal with.
Ah, I love the song when Pit chases the Chaos Kin, and also the song of the 13 waves of enemies is a mix of all 3 songs (when Pit's entering, after he passes by the hot spring and the chaos kin's chase)
Even though the creator said they wouldnt do another one for 25 years, I highly doubt thats true. Pit's going to be featured as one of the main characters of Super Smash Bros 4. And he's only going to get more popular which, in turn, creates more demand for games. If Nintendo was smart, they'd make/release a new game. Hades doesn't even need to come back for another 20-something years. The sequel has endless possibilities for enemies.

Just played this chapter today. Never got the boss in one of those cages, but still managed to beat it. Also, the blade you're using is pretty cool. I think I cleared the chapter with the Optical Blade. Don't think it matters much though. Keep it up, I'm almost finished with the game as well.

If you think about it, a Wii U sequel would use the same controls as its 3DS predecesor (I've practiced on the Wii U Gamepad), and since you always look at the top screen of the 3DS for the action in 3D, you would also look at the TV for the action in HD for the sequel. So yeah, with or without Sakurai, a Kid Icarus Uprising sequel really would fit on the Wii U.

I'm guessing Ornes were one-hit kill enemies in the original Kid Icarus? I don't think I ever got that far in the game so I never heard of them until now, but I'm assuming they were in the original since that retro NES music plays when they appear.

Hearing a tough and stotic character like him crying out "Help...Me...!" as he's falling to his death scared me, and I was really hoping Pit would save him. Then poor Pit gets his wings burned off in order to save him...;_; Bet you really feel bad about those jokes you made about Pit not being able to fly eh, Palutena? :'(
