I have an Avensis Combi too, great car, pleasure to have. Could you say more about the concrete results after this cold air intake instalation? Gas mileage, power change?
@@luckydullefan1239 that one was the Biltema special (a really cheap automotive / hardware store) so nothing special. If i would have made a custom pipe for that i defo would've bought a performance k&n one
@@Alsioh thats amazing dude! Awesome to hear someone copied this method. Get the code readed at a shop or buy a cheap code reader i dont know what that issue might be. I had a warning light too at somepoint i just took the mass air flow sensor out of the socket(the one on the intake pipe next to the intake itself) and cleaned it with alcohol
Mam u siebie podobnie. U mnie zostawiłem dolną część obudowy.

Definitely more power, slightly. And gas mileage went up! So more economic
Where did you get the extender tube you connected to the maf? 3:31
Oh it appears to be there from factory😂
Yes 😂
Heyy really like youre video, i have 1 question. Do you maybe know what diameter pipe you used to connect both parts?
Hi! I used the original tubes for that. I just trimmed the container off the end. Its something like 72 mm or something
if you watched the part where I cut a pipe really heavily then thats the pipe. Then i just slammed the cold air intake to the end and tightened!!
Hello! Great video. How did it turn out? Will you reccomend? Any issues?
Hey! Sorry for the late answer. Thanks for the feedback! It turned out awesome. Great performance now after a year
@@walluntalli no problem:) What kind of intake did you use? Brand?

@@Alsioh awesome !! The alcohol worked?
@@walluntalli I reset the fault light from the battery by disconnecting the + and - wire. The light hasn't come back on since then
