I had no Idea that IQOO was part of Vivo, and was also surprised to learn BKK Electronics also owns Oppo. IQOO is on the short list now. Oppo Find X8, Vivo x200 Pro, Vivo x100 Ultra or IQOO 13. I also read that the IQOO 13 has the largest vapor chamber they've ever made for that brand. If you stuck a magnetic Peltier cooler on the back during a stress test, I'd be very interested to see the results.

Compared to the competitors, within this price range, Iqoo 13 nailed it. Hope with the updates, it will fix video optimization and heating issue will be lessened more. However, considering battery life, ultra speed, fingerprint, moderate camera, ultra charging speed - Iq00 13 will dominate the market for a while.
I'm just waiting for other companies to make their "DEX", or google to push out their to dump S23 Ultra. Just a tiny bit lacking to switch for Vivo x200 Pro.
Wow really impressed by this phone!! Hopefully it will get a global release. So many good Chinese phones to choose 😂. Oppo find x8 or this one, lets see which one gets in stock here in Europe. Oh I think the RGB leds would even look better on the Grey or black model. Great video as always Chris 😊

Hey Chris. Great video thank you. Could you please share your views on Funtouch OS to help me decide? I'm either gonna buy Vivo x200 Pro or Oneplus 13 but I'm not familiar with Funtouch OS and the Chinese Origin OS seems to cause some minor issues in the west. Oxygen OS is good but Oneplus 13 can't match the x200 Pro's telephoto camera. So, do you think Funtouch OS would be fine? Or what would you suggest?
As many more tests are hitting the market, the snapdragon 8 elite is about 14% more battery efficient than the 9400. The only spot the 9400 clearly outperformed the snapdragon or the A18 was the GPU. Also, the 9400 stability regarding throttling is mid 50%, while the 8 elite has closer to 70% stability numbers. There are starting to be many more tests being performed, so we are starting to get a much better trend of the actual performance numbers.

Mi Mix 3 amazing phone I love my Mix series phones. Okay so I defiantly don't se IR blaster at the top you can see the speaker grill and then the mic. No IR I can see.
Techspurt said the Bluetooth audio transmission quality was erratic and unstable. He said there were stutters and pauses using higher res codecs like LDAC, etc. Did you test this. I use my phone w my high res wireless ear buds in the gym every day and would need this to work flawlessly.
How are Vivo / IQOO at updating to the latest Android version? Seems like you are getting flagship specs, although the prices are closer to the mid-high end, rather than flagship prices without a major catch.
I'm having a very very hard time deciding between the iqoo Neo 10 and the nubia z60s pro global version. Both are the same price for me. Z60s will have better band support and no CN rom bloat, better cameras, etc. but the iqoo has better soc and battery. I'm wondering who has the better build quality.
Flagship phones under BBK Electronics are competitive this year. I am having a tough choice on whether to buy Vivo iQoo 13 or OnePlus 13 since Realme GT 7 Pro disappoints in camera department & USB 2.0 port. Oppo Find X8 Pro & Vivo X200 Pro are definitely out of my budget. Given my concern that Xiaomi 15 might not have a charger in the box just like 14T series, I may consider jumping to either 1 of the brands under BBK company.
Awesome review as always. I would also love to hear about software update support in every phone review. That's an important factor for me and being the best phone reviewer on TH-cam, it's the only thing i can suggest you add on. Plus, bootloader unlockable or locked, that would be great too since phone manufacturers are trying to stop consumers from installing custom Roms Mata nowadays. Even companies like Xiaomi who started selling their phones with the option of installing custom roms as one of their main selling point back in the day as it had separate partition to try out new roms. Also between this and OnePlus 13 which one would you prefer? And why? Personally i love the design of Iqoo better, but camera is important for me.
Bootloader is always locked with Vivo/iqoo. And as for software that's hard hard and the price we don't know this until the launch when we can publish out reviews. But valid points I'll add it if I can.

I've been asking myself the same question. I like the 3x zoom with the OP13 otherwise I prefer this build and screen. The big factor is this (from China) is soooo much cheaper.
The Vivo name is barely known outside of China, and they go and create another brand name 🤦🏻♂️ These Chinese manufacturers are great at hardware but suck marketing and software support. Really hope this improves.
With the high cost of the latest generation of chips approaching $200, OEMs must downgrade other features to maintain stable pricing. Even Apple has ditched having the 2nm in the A19 Pro due to rising costs and instead will use a newer 3nm version from TSMC. I prefer what Apple is doing as chips are fast enough for the majority, so keep the best specs and use a lesser chip.

Same and it had 3x optical zoom not 2x.
This or oneplus 13? Please help
I've been asking myself the same question. I like the 3x zoom with the OP13 otherwise I prefer this build and screen. The big factor is this (from China) is soooo much cheaper.
@Techtablets Thank you so much for the advice. 👍
The Vivo name is barely known outside of China, and they go and create another brand name 🤦🏻♂️ These Chinese manufacturers are great at hardware but suck marketing and software support. Really hope this improves.
It has IQOO dialer or Google? Supports Romanian language? Where did you buy it? Thank You!
IQOO dialer I think, Romanian is there. I got this from IQOO it's the global version.
Nice Phone, but essential features are missing for central Europe - no Android Auto, no LTE band 20. Same story as with every IQOO phone.
This is the global version it has all that
Thanks Chris .
2:08 - such a nice feature. Why cant we have this on Samsung A/S series?? Samsung! Wake up 🙏🤷♂
Iqoo12 had Band20 support but this one doesn't.
Only 2x optical zoom?
Yes, it should be 3 like the last model.
@@Techtablets Shame really
With the high cost of the latest generation of chips approaching $200, OEMs must downgrade other features to maintain stable pricing. Even Apple has ditched having the 2nm in the A19 Pro due to rising costs and instead will use a newer 3nm version from TSMC. I prefer what Apple is doing as chips are fast enough for the majority, so keep the best specs and use a lesser chip.
Phones like this makes me think twice before splashing money on Samsung and Oppo
I'm here to make the same joke I always do with this brand.
Everytime you say "Iqoo" I feel like saying "God bless you". 😉
Looks like a great phone for price. 👍
Love that!
@@Techtablets please don't encourage me with my horrible jokes 😅
Okay haha
