Case Based Learning - Digital Therapeutic Solutions in Health Care x The MIL

This course was created to introduce and inspire students at the University of Miami School of Medicine and UM Allied Health programs to engage with innovation principles and apply them in a Digital Therapeutic (DTx) Solution Workshop facilitated by The UMiami Department of Informatics and Health Data Science and Click Therapeutics.
Throughout the course, students will familiarize themselves with emerging digital solutions in medicine including DTx development and implementation components, benefits, limitations, and the federal approval pathway. They will work in teams to identify and develop an innovative use-case or workflow to address a common healthcare problem using a Digital Therapeutic as a framework.
