板娘的 " 去PD'= Port Dickson 波得申，都係个小town,平静悠悠闲闲。 芙蓉有个S2 township,很有规模。小弟以前的同事每日由Seremban ,drive 40 miniutes to KL 返工。。。犀利。。。(师承藤原托海)。。Actually 芙蓉属于森美兰 (sembilan = 9 in Malay)州 .恭喜施主已"跨州".😎
KL 附近的small town/district , 有Bangi (食华人海鲜河鲜),Kajang (食辣汤)，Rawang (品兴饭店)。

姨婆老鼠粉(濑粉)猪肚湯, very strong pepper taste, fantastic 👍. It suits Msians' taste. 芙蓉的老鼠粉 = KL的瀬粉 .
係佢嘅胡椒味真係好重，所以如果鍾意食胡椒嘅朋友應該都好鍾意飲佢哋嘅豬肚湯😊 係囉，我都覺得奇怪點解佢哋嘅老鼠粉嘅形狀咁似懶粉，多謝分享😁

Good to explore beyond Klang Valley👍. If visiting Melaka, suggest to stay at least one night, one day is definitely not enough to explore.
Our public school hours differ from school to school, much depends on the number of students and how big the school is. Some schools operate single session, starts at about 7.30 am and ends in the mid to late afternoon.
Get it, will for sure reserve at least one night to experience further !

@@NoChillNoLife Students in public schools are under stressful learning environment too, though these few years somewhat slightly better than past years as less emphasis on the media on which schools performed better, and the Ministry has also cut down public exams for primary to secondary years from three to one now. Parents too, play a big role on what they expect from their children. Everyone plays a role in providing a good learning environment for the kids.

I prefer Yi Poh's hakka mee instead. That is their standard char siew. In fact, it is common to find this type of char siew in many local food stalls selling dry noodles.

Port Dickson (PD) has many hotel resorts along the beach. Many KL people's most favourite beach for their weekend getaway.
Get it, think we might want to visit and enjoy the beach view at a nice resort as well 😊
@@NoChillNoLifePort Dickson is an old town of abt half to a century old (called PD town) located in the state of Negri Sembilan. It is abt 90 km from KL, 30km from Seremban. □This town has shopping mall called Regina Mall, hypermarket called Billion Shopping Centre, KFC, McD, Starbucks, ZYS Coffee, all scattered in PD Waterfront which is the 1st mile along PD beach. PD beach stratches from 1st mile to 14th miles (1st mile =Batu 1). □There are abt 2 dozens of 1 to 5-star hotels , 2 dozens of Chinese restaurants ( i think mostly seafood) scattered around PD town and along the beach. You can visit Ornamental Fish Centre and Ostrich farm are along the beach. □Just for examples, D'Wharf Hotel is in 1st mile along the beach, Avillion Htl is in 3rd mile, Villea Htl is in 10th mile, Lexis Hebicus Htl is in 12th mile. □ I suggest you spend 1 day early morning to late noon just drive along the beach visit all the hotels, and then come back next time to book a hotel for few days to relax and to further explore the area.

Government schools normally will have classes for half a day, whether it begins in the morning (morning school) or in the afternoon(afternoon school). Timing is standardised, it may vary due to its size. When the population is large, then classes will be divided into two: younger ones will start in the afternoon and older ones in the afternoon normally. Co-curricular and sport activities will be held outside the normal school hours. Longer school hours are normally practiced by private schools where students will have lunch in school and activities in the afternoon.

講到炒米粉，就不得不可忘記的，位於柔佛州新山 的 三樓炒米粉（哪一家我忘記了），一道睇落想嘔，食落又會搶 的炒米粉美食。😁
大馬民間更有一道 經濟炒米粉，經濟炒河粉，經濟炒麵，可以加荷包蛋，煎午餐肉，煎腸仔，淋上咖喱汁或者甜醬辣醬，更是大馬人的早餐和下午茶小食，古早情懷爆棚。😁
咁要遲下，整個Road trip 由吉隆坡開始食，怡保、馬六甲、檳城⋯！👍🏻😊

姨婆老鼠粉，并不是真正的老鼠粉，其實它是瀨粉。真正的老鼠粉，是短短地兩頭尖的粉。我最喜愛KL的老鼠粉是位於 舊古仔路 （Jalan Kuchai Lama）的 冠華首創（XO）魚頭米 的極正美食的其中一款 乾炒瓦煲老鼠粉，更是他們的招牌美食之一。這家最正美食除了老鼠粉，還有主打的 XO魚頭粗米，江南麵（正宗），豬肚炒生腸，蜜汁鷄翼，扣肉饅頭，腐竹白果薏米糖水，吉仔酸梅汁等等。😁

@@NoChillNoLife 我兩通常都在 weekdays 過去，每一次都泊到位，最多逗多幾個圈或者泊遠啲，最緊要別在 lunch time 時候過去，最好時段應該在11am 左右，千萬別 double parking 和 別泊在人地的屋前面。呢檔嘢相當滿座。
帮那一位女士補充几句，如果读华小，应该要学三种语言，华语，英语和马来语，其他课目用华语教学，中学都是要学三种语言但是主要语言是马来语。如果上到本地大学（如果不是本地私人大学）通常是英语加马来语是主要教学语言，如果是本地私人大学通常主要语言是英语。

兩頭尖的老鼠粉是不是香港的銀針粉? 因為形狀很似. 小時候去茶樓飲茶, 常常會見到有一兜兜的鮮蝦銀針粉. 不過近年巳少見. 我應該會鍾意飲果個勁胡椒味的豬肚湯🤭. 馬來西亞砂勞越出產的胡椒品質優良, 超香, 售價不算便宜, 見到就要買. 購買時留意一下, 摻左粉(糯米粉或粘米粉)的會便宜一些但無咁香, 見到ingredient標籤寫住100% 的才好買.
我同我老婆都有同樣嘅疑問，形狀相就似係香港嘅銀針粉，口感味道上，香港嘅銀針粉就比較粉D, 而老鼠粉我哋覺得就比較煙靭有彈性啲，所以我都唔肯定個答案😅😅

記住先，下次有機會去砂勞越的話就買返啲看門口先，你遲啲再嚟大馬玩的話就可以再買多啲啦😉☀️
