I suppose it depends on that if you change your habits like start walking and excersise when it gets easier from the weightloss and keep doing it when you're of the drug, you may stay slim. But if you remain a couch potato you will gain it again.
Yes the weight comes right back when you stop. There’s a truckload of side effects. Many doctors prescribe it for just weight loss which seems criminal to me. Good luck to you if you decide to gamble with your health and try it.
