the large ones are 16" high by 10" across and 2.5" thick when closed
Can this be set up to b flat? I need it for my trumpet practice?
Yes, you can set it in any of the 12 keys in western music. For transposing to a Bb instrument, you would just go up an octave, i.e. concert C on the shruti box for Bb on the the trumpet.

So can this really just do a single Chord at a time? I guess thats good for meditaition or whatever but why not just learn the accordion??
you can drone 1-4 notes at a time. most people do 2 or 3. accordion is really for different styles of music, whereas the shruti box is usually setting a drone while a voice or melodic instrument goes into a deep exploration

Just look at her hands, and imagine how much it could be. None of them are 1 meter long.. so think, half of it, and going down.
