there is a mod on nexus that can be used to easily give skill points, all thoughts, all clothes, set check success rate, set walking speed. also fast travel

Internalize it, and go to sleep on day 3 (or after?), you have to then pick the communist option in the sleep dialogue and you get the political vision quest. Same for the other political alignments. You can internalize all the political thoughts, but only choose one vision quest in the dream.
