I saw it ages ago and still think about it sometimes. Never have i ever been so conflicted with the end of a TV show or movie. Fkn brilliant,. Legit asks a good question at the end.
Man the acting and evil grin he do is so badass like you act all playful and helpful and behind the mask is a monster who plan whom to kill next... Supporting the detective when he was down not bcz u feel bad but bcz it will fun that way damn dude just wow
Yea bad sadly he was nerfed after EP 8 when the brain of sung yohan is inside him if it weren't for that he could HAVE RULED THE WORLD and toyed with everyone 😂
My mind was going to explode from all those twists and turns. I swear NEVER before have I watched a show with so many twists in the plot. BRAVO to the makers!👏 And Hats off to the actor for playing both HERO and EVIL equally well.🔥
The writing of this drama was so good. It had me sympathizing with a serial killer. BUT the biggest problem I had with this show was that it basically said that psychopaths are serial killers. While there are serial killers and murderers who are diagnosed with psychopathy, most psychopaths don't turn out to be blood thirsty monsters. I thought that they would change that narrative towards the end of the show, but they continued to stigmatize psychopaths. People with anti-social personality disorder (the clinical term for psychopath), do have different brains than normal humans, but it does not automatically turn them into a predator.
Agree, I hoped that in the end they would not pass the abortion bill, but they did. I hoped choi youngshin still failed in the end. After all, although psychopaths might turn into killers, ordinary people are capable of the very crime from what we can see with the member of OZ. And bareum never killed people until they gave him trigger.
i thought they will keep yohan as someone with psychopath genes but someone who never act upon it, and will show that not everyone w psychopath mentality is a killer or serial killer at least. But it turned out he kind of did not inherit any psychopath genes and was a normal person.
How can you rewatch this drama. I liked it too. But isn’t it kind of depressing. I am surprised that some people like to rewatch such a sadistic and deeply unsettling story. It doesn’t have anything heartwarming or cheering moment that would make us feel happy or comfort. It’s actually the opposite of everything that is considered to be good.
@@unnirajac8617 I actually rewatched this drama many times, I watched it when it as ongoing, one of my favorite is ep14, when bareum was going to give moochi his necklace, but then moochi is wearing his necklace. The shock in his face made me have goosebumps. And most importantly, the episode ending, the moment he saw the photos splattered on the wall and the church music plays, wow my mind literally goes cold. And the way in predator extra episode, they show how he hides his killing, damn that was such a rollercoaster. I also like the episode after he killed kang duksoo, every time I think he is gonna get caught, wow his face, damn when the polices were discussing the cigarette burn. @@saebae2245 he couldn’t he was born as a monster. As you know this drama had some fiction in too such as brain transplantation which is obviously not possible in real world. Also the thing about psychopathic gene was also fictional.
@@saebae2245 because he is part of truman show, you should remember bareum never killed anyone until they gave him trigger that is song sooho. Omg this show is soooo gooood... Thereis still so much to discover. Too much suspense.

I understand this feeling. The story is about Bareum coming to develop a conscience and feel regret for his crimes. It was painful, and bound to end with tragedy. Thats why as the audience we ended up sympathizing him despite all the crimes and his zero remorse pre-surgery. If only he was given the chance to live his life normally, without the trauma and triggers being put by the organization, perhaps he may not self-fulfilled the science and society expectation of how he would come out to be solely because of his gene. Afterall it comes back to nature vs nurture. Thats why I, to, cry when Bareum hugs his young self. No matter what others thinks of him, at least he himself has become free. Man this drama sucks (in a positive way). Now that I’ve finished it, right after pain and sadness, I feel empty. I really need a light Kdramas after watching this.

Does anyone know the soundtrack used in ep 15 of this drama when Dr danile lee was telling jung ba reum that sung yo han was a pure soul (from like 40:26 to 50:22)
This drama gave me a sort of breakdown literally. So much going on in this drama. So many emotions collided together to explode. i felt like a jerk myself for sympathizing w a deadly predator. It was so well written and well manipulated. If one doesn't have a critical thinking ability then they might misunderstand alot of the plots. Although there were some misconception in the plot. Like how every predator w psychopath gene turned out deadly. and research shows it's not entirely true. Someone w psychopath instinct may not be guaranteed serial killer. But i guess i understand where they are coming from. Just the fact that ba-raeum could have been stopped. The fact that little jaehoon begged to almighty to not be a monster. The fact that jaehoon was not a predator and bareum was. And the realization that he was made into one. Because OZ knew it all. They just let him kill. They purposefully provoked him to do, so that they can execute their own plan. It almost makes bareum seem innocent. OFC not innocent like he never killed and he is a saint. But the fact that he wouldn't have to be a killer if it was all stopped from the get go. Ever since he started showing signs as a kid. And that's what makes it all special. Everyone in that OZ organization were ordinary people,no ? But they still stood by , watched it all happen , cleaned up for a killer infact. They took lives of innocent people for their own sake. Then what's the difference between ordinary humans and psychopaths ?
It's just sad that Lee Seung Gi is now hated by Korean netizens for his marriage (which is a dumb reason btw), but I think it will be hard to see him in a new series soon (with a captivating plotline like this)
Not just marriage tho, he married daughter from family of swindler that caused over 2 billions won of loss, and a lot of people suicide because of that. He could have been safe had he just kept quiet after marrying his wife, but he had to say that his wife family did not do anything wrong. And his wife isn't innocent either, she lives in luxury and even congratulates her father release from prison (because of the fraud, and it was just 2-3 years even with that degree of damage). If he is just ordinary artist it would be fine, but he has been a face for a bank for 10 years, his parents are bankers, and he is called national little brother and national son-in-law. So it's kinda ironic for him to marry someone from a family of fraudsters (btw the fraud happened twice).
@@yuhyi0122 So how does this all affect the ability of an actor? Is it really the case that in Korea artists are not judged by their talent and work, but by their in-laws? No wonder, that kdramas are getting ever more sterile and boring, if they are cutting out authentic actors with a little bit of rough edges and real life experience.

0:52 what episode is this clip from?
If I'm not mistaken, it's from the first episode of "Mouse: The predator" (or maybe from the 2nd ep of this show)
@@olivia__moon ok thank you
I think it is a best psychopath drama 😍 I have ever seen...,. especially Lee Seung gi done a great job 👌🎉
Insane
Masterpiece
Perfection ❤
Greattt❤️
