It takes a lot to notice what isn’t working for you then to change it and stick to change I’m 6 years sober I have 4 kids and my wife of 10 years stuck through some dark times with me but now that I’m sober I love being sober and I think that’s a problem throughout addicts is they can’t see or imagine a life of sobriety so they don’t try in fear of failing not understanding that failure brings success! Keep up the good work man it takes a hwmf to do what you’ve done

You are on the right track Bob. I eat strictly carnivore (zero carb), so get all my fats from animal products. I hold a pretty good amount of muscle mass, only supplementation is creatine. Just ran a marathon with zero food along the way, completely fueled by body fat. No issues with energy the entire run. And congrats Seth!! I am having a second child tomorrow and can't wait.

When you’re using sharp knives like that, DO NOT use the cloth mitt. If the knife can cut through the mitt, then why use it?? For sharp knives you need to use the metal cut glove. You’re welcome!
