Who said Bengaluru was city of Britishers ? If you don't know history of Karnataka better don't spread false information. Bengaluru was built by Kempegowda then after his tenure of rule went into hands of Mysore Kingdom. Mysore Kingdom mainly built Bengaluru. Britishers did stay in Bengaluru for nice weather, Britishers contributed lot in doing research & preserving Kannada language. With British engineers Mysore King Nelawadi buit parks, education institution, parks, layouts and many things. Infact Mysore Kingdom ( Bengaluru ) was one of the last one to join India union
