So what happened to the Ghana minimum 2.5m dimension from boundary line law (overlooking law)? What happened to front Veranders at least? What happened to cross ventilations in rooms design principle (we are Nota cold temp. country)? Airconditioning all the time-when most counries are moving away from non eco designs? It is good we are getting into the culture of small town houses (i agree) but we need certain design guarantees upheld by the Local Authorities (The Ghana Gov should Sit up). Oh- and the prices-WOW -This will not lessen our housing shortage problem & these designs will choke eventually (i.e. lay there and people will simply not be able to buy). Many ghanaians are poor- simple small affordable designs to me is the way forward so we diminish need for inner city and town slums. Anyway-congrats to Secured Home Gh-you are just doing your job (i know) but please also advocate for sustainable designs/affordable designs for the majority poor- it is the way forward for our dear GH. Thx
