      sabi ng mga tech khit 20km pa stable parin ang internet basta naka fiber connection. yun nga lang nid mo ms malaking account if malayo para di lugi ang installer.

      @@iNSECTiONML psensya sir late reply, 150 meters po ba, mas ok pag malapit lang, isang account isang router/modem lang ang free, pero pwede ka mag avail sa pldt ng additional device or bili ka nalang ng Mikrotik router pwede pa lagyan ng anti-lag or gaming priority configuration.

    gd pm mga 3 hours pa lg ang kumento ko.na paki- aksyunan yong internet namin.wala nga isang minuto.pagdating nila sa bahay.kita agad ang problema.maraming salamat po sa inyong serbisyo.aksyon agad.

    20:50 Installation. Yung samin Tuesday pumunta ang Agent sa house then ngfill up ako agad with UMID and Tin. Then Wednesday may email sila. Friday kinabitan na.

      I don't know what you mean lock in but according to what i know lock in means you are lock in for how many years ex. 2years lock in and you cannot avail other internet provider unless you finish the 2 years from your current provider. And in case you breach the contract i think you need to pay the amount as penalty. I don't know if it's still working in that way today or maybe not anymore.

    Kung ang speed test ay 45 ping ms, 21.82 download at 7.72 upload... May hustisya po ba ang pagbabayad ko ng plan 1699? After 3 months, parang nawawala-wala o bumagal na connection namin. What should I do po? Thank you for responding

    Hi po! Bakit po nag 2800 yung bill namin ngayon, kasi yung inavail lang namin is yung 1699. last month lang po kami nag pakabit kaka 1 month lang ngayon. Bakit po ganun? First bill rin po kasi pero akala ko po kasi fixed price na yun. Gusto ko lang po maliwanagan kung bakit po nag excess. Hoping for your response thank you😊

      kadalasan po kasi inuuna nila yung listahan nila "for the day". if hindi po kayo naabutan sa bahay, kadalasan sa hapon na po i activate or the next day na po.

    ako nga mag 2months na nasa Technical Team na daw. For Installation na. pero wala pa din nag iinstall.
    Locateable naman ung area ko kc kilala ako sa lugar namin.. Tamad lang talaga sila mag install. Converge madalas nakikita ko sa area namin

      haha, yay, yung kumpare ganyan din 2 months na wala pa rin. kahit approved, nalaman nalng nila na cancelled daw. pero di lang po sa pldt yan nangyayari kahit sa converge or other isp meron din issue ganyan na iikwento sa sakin. cguro dahil "other" company na contractual ang nag iinstall. sabi rin mismo nung isang installer sakin, kinacancel nila daw if di makita agad yung residence or di na abot sa "schedule of the day".

    Ngayon po dumating na yung bill. Ang problema po instead na 1399 lang babayaran ko kasi sabi nila per month 100 pesos dagdag fors installation fee. Baket po ng 1445

    salamat sa detalyadong vlog about fiber ng pldt boss 👍🏻👏🏻Tanong ko lang po, sa website natatrack na yun status ng application, bale sakin po may check marks sa Validation, Processing atsaka sa Installation, pending na lang po is Activation. Ang kaso po wala pa naman tumawag or nagpunta sa bahay para maginstall ng router at phone… Pano po kaya nangyaring completed na yung Installation phase…?

    Sir kapag unang kabit ng PLDTWIFI, kailangan ba advance payment muna bago ma activate , kasi 3 days na nakakaipas wala pa din po internet, nag payment na po kmi ng advance payment sa kanila kasi 3 days wla pa din po.

    Kaya pala yung isang ahente dito sa Tondo, makabenta lang tanggap ng tanggap ng application. Huli nya sinabi na walang available yung slot ng gusto ko na package. Ang ending hindi ko na mgagamit name ko sa application kasi sa sobrang bwisit ko dahil wala syang update sakin pinacancel ko na lang application ko sa kanya. Nang makacancel yung application ko nagtry ako sa ibang ahente, hindi na daw pwedeng iapply name ko. Ginago lang ako nung ahente.

      blocked listed po siguro name nyo po asa pldt or sa smartnang po yun if di ka po nagbabayad, pero kung application palang, kahit ilang beses ka po mag apply pwede po. nadadadagan naman yung ang nap box ng pldt. depende sa demand at location.

      @@technijuan apply pa lang at nagkaron pa lang ng serial number, hindi pa nailagay yung internet. Sakin naman maiintindihan ko kung walang slot sa box kung pinaliwanag nya sakin nung una pa lang. Eh ginawa nya kasi talagang hindi na sya nagparamdam. Dahilan nya na lang na nag'aantay sya ng slot para sa package na i'avail ko sana. Kaso kung hindi ko pa sya gagagalgalin sa chat hindi sya magpapatandam. Almost 1month yubg application ko sa kanya na walang nangyari.

      The 10 mbps kaya for casual browsing but if gamer ka I don't think so or hilig ka ma nuod NG movie sa browser I don't so Kung kakayanin 😊😊😊 pero Kung TH-cam lang or fb i think pwede naman pero for me ma's sulit Kung 1699 plan mo lods kasi may kakilala ako na 1299 plan nya lag daw eh d halos mala download NG 600mb na app compare sa 1699 na 4 to 5 mins download na

      Depende po kasi kung paano gamitin ng isang tao. kung Facebook at youtube lang, kaya po yan kahit 8 users. pero kung streaming, online gaming ot online class. ramdam nyo po ang lag at buffering.

      activated means start na account nyo po. dapat my internet na. itawag nyo agad sa pldt. baka mali report ng technician.

      actually you can test your internet speed on both as long as you have good wifi reception. at case by case po yun. if your internet connection can only reach up to 600mbps usually you can test on both. but ofcourse depende parin sa wifi version ng testing device.(b/n/g/) ang alam ko up to 600Mbps lang kaya ng 2.4G but have wider range, kung ang internet connection nyo po ay above 600Mbps, you should test in 5ghz kasi yung newer version ng 5ghz can have upto 3.9Gbps and there came wifi6 and wifi6e (6Ghz wifi) that can support up to 9.6Gbps. at the end, use the highest specs wifi connectivity in testing if you are able to and your devices supports. What is the use of testing on 5ghz if your device only supports 100/10mbps speeds. esp. another to consider is congestion.

    sir, gaano po katagal makabitan ng PLDT WiFi? pwede rin po ba yung maraming beses akong nag-apply sa PLDT, hindi po kasi sila nagnonotify kung makakabitan kami o hindi. para kaming tangang naghihintay kaya nag-apply kami sa iba then one day, lahat sila nagtext ng reference number.

      ang alam ko po pinaka mabilis po nakabitan 1day lang, pero usually 1week. baka po hindi po kayo approved, subukan nyo tanungin sales agent ng pldt na pinaga applyan nyo po. or calk 171 sa cp

    sir... magandang araw sayo... uhm, bawal ba ni PLDT kung magpapaconnect ako tapos meron pang existing line at active pa pero sa iba nakapangalan.. sabi kasi ng installer, bawal dw ang dalawang fibr connection sa iisang bahay.. :( sana ma notice po..

    Hindi pala advisable mag apply sa PLDT sales office sir? nagpapaquota lang sila July18 ako nag apply tapos ngayon wala pa rin. Kaya nag punta na lang kami Admin office dito Puerto Princesa.

      fixed internet po naman ang pldt home fibr. kung nag iisa ka po naman. okay na po pinaka mababang plan.

    Boss new subscriber.May tanong po ako yung pldt fibr may free po silang 50m na cable if lalagpas na dun mag additional na.Sa amin naka 300 or 400m from box.Magkano po per meter ng cable mag cashout ba during installation or isasama sa contract yung fee?.Salamat po if maka response boss in need po talaga.

      as far as i know po, as of now, wala po bayad ang equipment at fiber cable, depende narin lang po ang haba sa plan mo po. Pero wala parin bayad, no cashout.

      sa pldt po free ang tawag sa pldt to pldt and unli, pero depende po sa account nyo po, pwede po kasi padagdag ng service. pero sa 1599 plan home fibr, hindi ka po pwede tumawag sa mobile phone.

      firstly po, check nyo po kung may pldt home fibr po sa lilipatan nyo po at kung meron naman po, napaktagal po kung walang available slot. kung bago pa po kayo plan, i think paputol nyo nalang po, but i !think more than 6k babayaran nyo, call 171 for fees. kaya minsan kung halimbawa 1 yr nlng natitira sa contract, pinapasalo nalang sa kapit bahay yung biling. yan po nid nyo pp i consider.

      Depende po sa device at pasok ng internet sa device, sa average, 2MB per second lang kunsumo ng nanoood ng youtube in HD (1080p). so mga 50 to 70 simultenous users ok pa po yan. Dito po sa bahay namin, 10MBPS lang internet namin umaaabot po ng 15 users pero gumagamit po ako ng mikrotik router para madivide ang internet at hindi mag-agawan.

      block nyo lang po mac address. sa pdt router, problema, lahat ng smart phone at ibang mobile devices naka max randomized na, meaning yung mac address nagbabago bago, kaya kahit mablock mo temporary lang kasi ng nababago mac address nila. maliban na lang hindi kokonek sa ibang wifi. ganon din sa IP nababago. kaya isuggest, palitan and pass word,i hide and ssid or disable mo na and gamit ka ng another router-wifi para madali i manage.

    Be careful po kahit bayad na monthly bills namin magiging 2 weeks na ung repair ticket namin na walang pumupuntang technician, so if u have short patience then I suggest to apply to other ISP

      yung technician ng pldt, hindi po talaga sya direct emplyee, ayon po sa pagkakaalam, contracted lang din ng pldt. ipapasa lang sa kanila ang application or support ticket. try nyo po mag follow up ulit. minsan na skip ang name ng client. lalo kung impossible pumunta sa area, walang tao sa bahay at ibp.

      yan din po problema ng mga agent ng pldt. di na rin namin maintindihan yung mga technician, wala rin po kc direct contact ang mga sales agent sa mga technician. Hired po kasi sila ng ibang company.

      most of the time, kung mobile device, whitelisting po jan is not usable, lalo na po kung palipat lipat po ng wifi ang device na ilalagay sa whitelist dahil na iiba ang MAC. tama po naman ginagawa nyo po.

      malamang hindi po kayo makabitan, pero subukan nyo po mag apply ng mataas na plan. like 100Mbps. sasabihin naman agad po sa inyo kung possible. or ipasurvey nyo po sa sales agent na nasa field.
