That pattern paper is beautiful and matched perfect to the little note pad. I love how your little book cover came out. Perfect little gift. I still have a landline too. I have a cordless which won’t work when the electricity is out so I have one corded phone that will work. I never use it, but I know I have it just in case. I’m super old school. My son, a millennial, doesn’t understand my old school ways. Lol

Really cute idea. My pharmacy uses white bags, but they should work just as well. The lace for the spine of the book looks really pretty while covering up the writing well, and it is something I didn't think of doing. Thank you for another great idea!

What a clever idea to use and recycle in an awesome way, a paper bag notebook. I too, save and recycle paper bags. Now I can make some of these for note books and with a pen included! Found this Old video! I love it! Made my first two, paperbag books before my stroke in 2013. I guess the actual ones I watched here on you tube,are now gone! Boo- hoo! Thought it would be fun to watch again.

i am loving your tutorials that i just discovered yesterday. i absolutely love and appreciate your calm approach and gentle voice and lack of background music. i thought i’d leave a comment when your landline phone rang. i also am one of the last remaining people on earth to still have a landline. of course, i am nearly 70 so that explains some of that because i’m home bound due to disability plus, i absolutely hate trying to talk and hear my iphone - my hearing’s been bad since i was a kid. anyway, you’re not the only person on earth to still have a landline phone 📞 ☎️😀‼️😀

Hi LeNae, I absolutely loved this video with your paper bag tutorial 😘. It’s just what I was looking for. A project to do with my 5 1/2 year old granddaughter. We do crafting together, making homemade cards mostly but we also make bracelets for her friends at school. So we watched your video together tonight and she wants to make one to give it to her teacher. The children at this age really are giving and have such sweet hearts 💕.

My daughter is a middle school English teacher. She buys these in bulk off Amazon. She got tired of handing out good pencils to students who "forgot" one! These short yellow ones aren't as popular as the bright colored full size pencils she used to give out. These are a money saver! Her husband is an avid disc golf player! They seem to appear out of thin air don't they!!!
When my hubs runs out I can ask any of my neighbors and I’m sure they will happily donate. Golfers are always quick to offer a pencil and ask your golf score!

They changed it to fiber optics so if the power goes out so does the phone... So why have it if it wasn't going to work when the power went out?❤❤❤ The ribbon closure was a great idea ❤ and the lace over the spine to hide the letters ❤ This would be great for your house, car, gift, etc.. ❤❤❤😊
