It's the lower gear door aerodynamic brush seals. Help with drag around the gear when the are up and in the gear wells.

Aerodynamic brush. It is not bird remains. I'm an E-jet pilot see those almost everyday during the walk around procedure.

It prevents wheel tyre debris/rocks from entering wheel well while retracting.
Also improve aerodynamics;
And mostly safety, because after a tyre burst if there was a hard steady aerodynamic seal ou structure it would make the overall damage worse.

A hard structure would possibly prevent the retraction/extension or even worse, stuck in jammed "position"
