10. Introduction to DRAM | Integrated Circuit Memory

This video is the tenth one in the course Integrated Circuit Memory. In this video, a brief introduction on Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM). DRAM is a very popular and highly used memory in today's laptops and PCs and other SOCs.
Because of fabrication limitations, usually DRAM will not be integrated with the same die as that of normal CMOS logic circuit die.
