Just Finished the audio book for the first time, it is dope one the biggest things I had a problem with was maintaining relationships I have been with girls of all ethnicities however not longer than a few months but due to media such as movies (romcoms) I can see how I was needy thanks coach!

So, my girl is leaving for five months. She says that she is gonna visit atleast once a month. She is gonna be, about 8 hours away from me. angellorenzoa Long distance relationships never work. It's unreasonable and selfish for both parties to expect that level of commitment; when by definition they aren't together. The more time you spend a part; the easier it becomes to rationalize cheating - for both of you. That's why it upsets me when military men marry a woman RIGHT before he leaves. Then comes home and expects his sheets to be wrinkle-free. They just don't work. Unless, however you have a long term plan in place to move to be together afterwards. Even then, the relationship is still on hold for 5 months. There is so much work involved; that it goes beyond making her pursue you. And again, the more at distance she feels, the easier it will be for her to rationalize cheating. So if this is fresh; just wait til she comes back.

Video pre-dates have saved me time and money! I keep them short, 5-10 min only is all that's usually needed. Similar to texting and phone calls, they take away from in person chemistry if you let them go long.

Read the book 3 and a half times the past 2-3 weeks. Went out last Friday, had one girl chase me down to give me her number from eye contact. Had another get introduced to me from a friend when I was just having a good time with buddies. We made out. The one who chased me down texted me, I tried to set up a date, taking time between texts, and then she stopped answering when I suggested a day. The other girl I set up date on the spot for next weds, and she cancelled day of because she had a bee sting allergic reaction and asked to reschedule but hasn’t responded to my text that I sent an hour later. When I was where you are, my first two times to ask a girl out on the spot resulted in canceled dates. Corey's book explains reasons why women may agree to a date face-to-face but then fail to actually get together with you. Things will get better. Just keep reading and applying the book! Notes: You said one girl stopped answering texts when you "suggested a day" for a date - Corey teaches that the way you extend your date invitation should have the girl being the one to suggest a day. Your invitation is "When are you free to get together?" That's different from you naming a day that you're free and asking the girl if her calendar also happens to be open for that day.

My ex and I have been broken up for about 7 weeks. So, my girl is leaving for five months. She says that she is gonna visit atleast once a month. She is gonna be, about 8 hours away from me. angellorenzoa Long distance relationships never work. It's unreasonable and selfish for both parties to expect that level of commitment; when by definition they aren't together. The more time you spend a part; the easier it becomes to rationalize cheating - for both of you. That's why it upsets me when military men marry a woman RIGHT before he leaves. Then comes home and expects his sheets to be wrinkle-free. They just don't work.
Unless, however you have a long term plan in place to move to be together afterwards. Even then, the relationship is still on hold for 5 months. There is so much work involved; that it goes beyond making her pursue you. And again, the more at distance she feels, the easier it will be for her to rationalize cheating. So if this is fresh; just wait til she comes back.

I disagree about video call before first date. I for one want to have eye contact when I see a guy for the first time.
From personal experience, I'd *never* go on a date again before a video call, too many guys fib about their appearance. (Women do, too.)
Video pre-dates have saved me time and money! I keep them short, 5-10 min only is all that's usually needed. Similar to texting and phone calls, they take away from in person chemistry if you let them go long.
All depends from person to person.. It would be fine with me. I'd rather choose 8-10 min video call, rather than texting and not talking.
I once met a girl online and we went out on a date and she cameand she had 110kg (at least). On photos she hide her legs by crossing them and they seemed normal, but not fat. Literally.. Hi Corey … I just wanted to chime in and suggest that a true Soul Mate might be real thing? … I have slowly come to believe from other teachings … it makes a lot of sense … the yin and the yang, the male and female (hetro version) … the combining of two halves eventually into one … (Godlyness?). Hi I have a problem guys.. I went no contact on a girl that blew me off, what I mean is she cancelled dates, took time to respond me. From being very hot she went very cold. She said she is ill and can’t make it. So I said it’s ok and told her to come back when she will figure out her schedule. Read the book 3 and a half times the past 2-3 weeks. Went out last Friday, had one girl chase me down to give me her number from eye contact. Had another get introduced to me from a friend when I was just having a good time with buddies. We made out.
The one who chased me down texted me, I tried to set up a date, taking time between texts, and then she stopped answering when I suggested a day.
The other girl I set up date on the spot for next weds, and she cancelled day of because she had a bee sting allergic reaction and asked to reschedule but hasn’t responded to my text that I sent an hour later.
Is my texting game a problem? Too much time between? I think I’ll call them both next week

Par for the course...your experiences sound normal for the stage you're at in the process (you said you've read the book about 4 times so far). When I was where you are, my first two times to ask a girl out on the spot resulted in canceled dates. Corey's book explains reasons why women may agree to a date face-to-face but then fail to actually get together with you. Things will get better. Just keep reading and applying the book!
Notes: You said one girl stopped answering texts when you "suggested a day" for a date - Corey teaches that the way you extend your date invitation should have the girl being the one to suggest a day. Your invitation is "When are you free to get together?" That's different from you naming a day that you're free and asking the girl if her calendar also happens to be open for that day.

What if you broke up 3-4 times in the past but took a break from each other for two years but has reached out a few times saying she had feelings for me....1st time in awhile we had dinner with friends...second we went to a bar with friends and played pool...two days later she reached out to meet and wanted to get back together and get into a relationship. However, while dating 10 months later, she says “she fell out of love” with me.

Stop giving her your attention. If she won't set a date, walk away. When she calls, from now on keep it short, get off the phone and tell her to keep in touch. That's it. Just like coach says. She'll either bring up getting together in doing jus that, or she'll go away. Either way, you win. Date other women and let her live her life. If you were overall an awesome guy, she'll more than likely find that most guys aren't and more than likely come back around. Hope all works ir worked out. I know it is hard to do, but you're worth the happiness and freedom it'll bring.

My ex and I have been broken up for about 7 weeks. I tried going no contact after the first couple days of the breakup but she hasnt lasted more then I'd say 10 days at the very longest without contacting me.
