I think it's better off being on Traitor team, can only wield crowbars or melee weapons. So it's gameplay it's based on killing with Melee or stick eerie close with the Innocents.

I think they should have both the revenger and the romantic as possible roles but not both at once. I think that would be cool, so if you say you're in love with someone you could be either role.
The issue with that is there’s seemingly no benefit to the Romantic, all it does is make you twice as likely to die and doesn’t even confirm an innocent since any role can be the lover
I wonder if it is possible to add a "Jilted" role. You are in love with someone and anyone near them you do extra damage to. You have romantic which can't live without their love, revenger who gets mad when their love dies, and the jilted who is mad at everyone except their love out of jealousy. Now that sounds like a fun "What is the lover role this time" game.

Is there actually any reason for the Revenger to kill whoever killed their love? They're still an innocent so if the killer is an innocent it makes no sense to do it. Feels like there should be some kind of incentive to do it like they get a bonus item or buff or something once they have exacted vengeance.

I feel like if the Revenger kills the person they're in love with, they should die, since they can't really hunt themself down. Additionally, maybe they could be kind of like the Drunk in that they get the role of their lover when they're killed?
