    Very great explanation 😀
How about with electric stove, such as induction stove is more efficient or not ?

Thank you for the question. For electric stove, the energy efficiency for conversion from electricity to heat is much higher, between 80-90% because there is no combustion process that takes away the heat. However, overall efficiency will depend on where the electricity comes from. If the electricity is from power plant where they burn fossil fuel to get electricity, the power plant has an energy conversion efficiency between 30-50%, and there is also electricity transmission losses of a few percent. Overall efficiency (considering from raw fuel to heat) for electric stove and gas stove are in fact similar.

This video is underrated. Such a great explanation and hard work. Thank you.
