Reading 3! Very spot on. I have been doing EMDR therapy after experiencing some PTSD episodes & symptoms for 1 year due to a past abusive relationship. I have gotten down to the root of the original false belief that was created in childhood which was “I need to deny my own needs in order to receive love.” I have to say after a couple of months of doing this work I am already feeling SO much better!!! In fact, I had to withdraw and move away from quite a lot of people because they would try and shame me for what was actually a breakthrough point in my healing journey.
