I definitely agree with you "absence of external rescue forces your to tap into reservoirs of resilience you didn't know you had". I have been given the opportunity of a new mission included in my daily job. I was happy to start with those tasks to be site leader for a group of 5 consultants from the same company as I. One of them is happy and enthusiastic, other never replies to any of messages nor mails... Pity for them, but I felt uncomfortable. Shall I keep on going with this mission? And suddenly, I send once more a mail with a lot of enthusiasm because I decided to be a sun in the darkness, full stop! This is a single case. But I was also profoundly connected to the Divine when completely "abandoned" by humanity during 2020's confinement: He never let me down and He taught me to stand up and shine bright like a little sun!
These are exactly the challenges that harden our spirit. but it's so painful. I have a migraine every time. I suffer not only mentally but also physically before I can overcome these difficulties. I have just such a challenge. It's really hard for me. but I know it will pass if I remain steadfast and continue to face the challenge. it's all for my good even though these turbulences are knocking me to the ground. 🙈

its so upllifting yet i doubt if this is just to sooth the pain. i have seen a lot, learnt a lot, new things and plans sprouts in me, i know this honest wealth i possess is just some handy stuff that i could use to help others in need and my personal needs yet this loneliness does not part from me despite the efforts i try to fill it up.
I've always been very strong but didn't know it. In so many ways I've always been independent just as many ways i was codependent. I started my self-improvement journey 18 years ago and reached peace with myself, who and how I am. I now love my solitude and being by myself. As mentioned in another response I'm not either alone or lonely because I love my own company and don't " need" others. Sure I want them, but I won't have them if they're not healthy for my peace.
