- Google I/O 2024 is going on and Google has released the new Android 15 Beta 2, which gives us a good lock at what the stable build of Android 15 will look like. In fact, we have it Android 15 installed on the Pixel 8 and in this video, we show you 10 new Android 15 features and changes, including features like Theft Detection, Private Space, Adaptive Vibration, Archive Apps and more.
The Android 15 beta 2 is available to download for the Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 8a, Pixel 7a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 6, and you can also install Android 15 Beta 1 on Nothing phones, Realme, iQOO, Honor, OnePlus, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, and more.

Please think logically, it isn’t possible to implement it as when new android version comes the old one never gets updated again + if they were to implement that , the software support also needs to be present.

@@GG.Brokenn True but for low end like Redmi Note 11 or lower, after Android 13 QPR3 Google Made things heavy & laggy. Android 11 just good now. But Latest has better battery optimization but ram management is horrible for background apps

I would also like to see the addition of a feature in the Photos app that allows for smooth scrolling in a video preview (frame by frame), similar to the iPhone Gallery. that smooth scrolling feature is available even on old iPhone model.

Suggestion
I noticed that the "home-transition" animation is *inconsistent.*
How so?
For example: go to home screen, then settings, them swipe up to go home. Notice how the window shrinks and fades into nothing? Well, that happens to almost every app icon that's not within the destination window whenever you swipe up.
Here's the thing, why not make the app go up and disappear into the notification bar whenever that happens? That'd be more consistent, subtle, but noticeable, smooth and refereshing to look at.

Recently updated my 11 lite NE to Android 14 and the only thing I saw a change is the lock screen edit.
Does having Beta version cause any major issues? I'm a normal phone user- basic tasks. Should I Opt in Beta or not? I have Pixel 8. What do you suggest? PS- I like having early access to new features

1. Is the issue with delayed notifications due to doze mode better? Been facing this issue since Android 12, and it is high time to get it fixed. Anyone else with me?
2. How is the battery life and optimization? What about the notifications of some apps like Instagram and Snapchat when the battery optimizations are turned on for them? Are they instant or getting delayed? Killing background apps in the name of saving battery, that too from apps that send regular notification is not something user friendly.
My A14 experience has been really bad due to the instant notifications not receiving instantly. Hoping it would be fixed with A15.
Does this have dual apps feature like in MIUI??
