It's like Action Park but with safety features and smart design!
Shen Doodles yeah they tried this approach with their loop coaster and they never built it oof
I used to live next door to Action Park in great gorge village! We used to sneak in through the woods. We just had a bunch of wristbands that we saved and we would go on the days when the colors matched again. Also, I personally, never went on most of those rides! You'd have to be crazy!! But my jam was the alpine slide! Saw a few people with pavement burns bit I made it okay 👍🏼😤
@@SimonSozzi7258 LMAO I got my scars. If you lived in North Jersey getting hurt at Action Park was a right of passage!
We need a POV of this asap
th-cam.com/video/jrR39JxKkqw/w-d-xo.html
There are some, it's not as exciting as it looks :( you stop-and-go in extremely short jaunts before finally leaving the mechanism
th-cam.com/video/nKznVwiVJOQ/w-d-xo.html
We need one in the US.
Marauder One is coming to Wisconsin in 2021!
Marauder so true
Triton Santamour Mt Olympus Water and Theme Park in Wisconsin Dells
True dat.
@@KevinRodriguez-ym4nd where is Wisconsin
This is a really smart way to get a lot of ride length without making the guests climb a 12 story tower.
@moot _ More like a normal Flat ride. Maybe a tad more complicated than a ferris wheel but not worse than a big topspin. Slow rotational speed and high mass aren't problems that good engineering can't handle.
Also doesn't take up much space
An 8 year old thought of this!
Would love if you made it all of translucent tubes. That way it's also harder to see where your going.
oh god im getting dizzy just thinking about that
cedar point should get the biggest one just to break records
good meme ik lol
The onride footage gave me anxiety, it felt like you were never going to make it out and you dont have a clue which direction your going in.
@Anthonie White They have exit cutouts in the wheel, likely at each corner's extreme.
It looked like 360 degree footage projected onto 180 degrees or perhaps some other angle. That will mess the angles up like the footage shown. It might have been nice to interactively shift around the viewpoint on the 360 degree footage... possibly in VR.
Anyway, I've managed to find different footage of the slide on this channel at:
jrR39JxKkqw
0:50 bruh
I could never ride. But it’s fun to watch.
What onside footage? What they showed you was not it!
Curious how they didn’t show the transfer from the wheel to the big river. That’s the oh shit moment for me.
because its just one long tube, there is nothing much to show
This is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in some time. The Germans are back at it again.
Wow, I knew these existed in prototype but didn't know they were up and running anywhere.
Totally innovative ! Soo impressing
well, i mean.
all they did was sin a tube around XD
That’s trippy as hell
I want one
Yes! There'll be one in Poland and I'm Czech so I can go there and get there in like 2 days max.😁🇨🇿🇵🇱
Why does China have all the fun things?
Simple answer because US dont wqnt to take a risk
Money and the are not afraid
But we have better and safer coasters. Ok I’ll give you a select few, but have you seen all the sketchy rides and coasters in China.
But they have small dicks
So that they can copy.
You have outdone us in the USA ,great work !!!Love it..
Cyber Mixologist There’s one coming to the US in 2021! :)
Jmack Yep! I hope to go on it soon
Incredibly good looking and interesting but can’t help but want the rotations to be faster for much more thrilling ride
I would love it if there was one in Texas, considering it's already like summer by late Febuary
What an incredible concept! I hope to see more of these worldwide :D
Definitely going to be a maintenance nightmare and will cost the park tons
Well it is china so... *shrugs*
When the engineer teacher has an idea for a water slide
Would be a great fit for the Rulantica outdoor section!
It's a 90 second ride and they showed you the best 5 seconds which is the drop into the machine. After that it's super slow. Look at how slow it's turning. They even show it sped up in some of the video.
I hope this comes to a waterpark in northeast america!
its so cool i cant even express it in words, i literally just wanna go to that water park now
I’ll take mine with different music in each room, with LED panels in the first room, lasers and smoke in the second and a 3D holograph in the third with a combination of all three in the grand finale
I’ve been to Guangzhou many times. I’m going in January but during the winter. I DONT THINK ITS GONNA BE OPEN 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 WHYYYYYY JUST WHYYYY
Saw one of these is the Wisconsin Dells
Looks awesome! Still have no idea how it works.
Looks so fun put one I Michigan Ohio California Florida north Carolina
LittleBigPug yes
I could definitely see this being used by Cedar Fair to pull people into Michigan's Adventure.
Alright, I'm getting flashbacks to the brain centrifuge project. Jesus that's what I thought it was at first.
Epic!
The raft lift made me want one you could ride up on.
Hello, yes, I'd like to open a water-park.
Już niedługo w redzie ;)
Time to go to Chinese waterparks after being worried about safety forever. Looks like fun
Hey Funfields Aussie you should get one of these
My dad works for this company
AJ Collins your dads lucky
I still don’t get how at the end when going towards the exit the tube goes from pointing down away from the exit to all of the sudden now pointing downwards heading down to the exit.. does the right do complete 360s somehow while you’re not aware on the ride? How does the ride just go from pointing downwards away from the exit to then pointing upwards and then downwards towards the exit?? Like where is the ride turning and how are they traveling up the tube??
Could you try and sell one to the sandcastle waterpark Blackpool UK? I would love to ride this.
We´ll do our best :-)
I'm not sure if sandcastles will be able to hold this kind of ride, but maybe an nearby section with outdoor tubes, including this one, will be epic
@@deloptin545 if only they got rid of the Cassino as it use to be part of sandcastle, as it was use to be a play area and a show bar at night. Wouldn't even mind seeing the floor drop water slides.
Whoa? what the heck!!!
what if when the power goes out, and the riders take out the evacuation hatches, they can't exactly get out cause they are too high? if they were close to the ground what if they slip and hurt themselves? the ride seems cool and unique nothing i've ever seen before but the height and the hatches...
They have lifts so that workers can get to them from the outside and the people are advised to stay in their raft until someone comes to avoid injuries.
WE NEED ONE IN AUS
I love engineering!!!!
What will be the first US park to go in on one of these? My guess is Volcano Bay. I could also see a park like Dollywood Splash throwing down the coin for the tech. She has been really on top of tech in the last 15 years. DWS also really needs another big centerpiece type area. At this point it’s a day or two park.
Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
This is where you find the crazy people
Look at how slim and fit the test subjects are. Im 280 pounds, can i get in?
In the prototype in Chimelong it is max. 220 pounds per person and max. 705 pounds / tires.
New tests are done at Aquapark Reda. The maximum weights are not fixed yet.
We need one for New England
i wonder what would happen if there was a power outage
This looks like fun! But...What happens if there's a power failure with people inside?
People can be evacuated by special flaps
Seems like it goes too slow to be any fun
Finally some one with common sense.
Wtf cool concept
Reminds me of the whirly-dirly
Wubba lubba dub dub! Ok so autocorrect didn’t like that at aaalllll. Here’s what it tried to do. Sub a Luba rub dub!
I would love to go on this
So when's Knotts Soak City gonna get it?
How does it even work?
Hope they find a cure for carona! Cause I wanna ride this baby!!
have you thought about making that into a water pump with 3 or 4 tubes.. to dip into canals or aquaducts to raise the water at a fraction of the price of pumping it.. even using offset weights that are chain driven to assist in counter balancing the full tubes.. even scaling it up in size to create a 200' version to raise the water 90 feet or so.. half the electrical energy used in california is for pumping water around. it would not work for the giant lifts where in some spots water is lifted around 3000 feet to go over mountains.. but to keep the water flowing in the aquaducts boost lifts could use that as a product.. basicly building a large Archimedes' screw with no losses as the entire water volume is captured instead of bypassing around the blades..
wayne p I’m too stupid to read this and understand it...
Yes
Not a valid sentence(IT’S A RUN-ON SENTENCE).
U N E X C E P T A B L E
480p/h on a waterslide? Damn!
What if it stops.
What happens if it stops?
Wow, i wish i knew about this before.
*W REDZIE TAKI ZAJEBISTY JEST TU W NASZYM KRAJU*
I’d be scared that I’d be stuck in there
That needs to be Australia
Where is this?!?
HicalebiH * China
On some other video about this everyone in the comments said it was boring asf
looks way more fun here
Because this video was sped up.
If only there was a video of like, a marker from the outside of where a raft is, That would be cool
You would find out it moves super slow.
th-cam.com/video/csc6VsIBSPc/w-d-xo.html another video by them showing the raft from the outside in a concept video
I want that.
The visual helpsshow how it works but ive seen the pov. The ride is boring.
Total: 110sec
I dont think its safe like wow
Looks like a good acid trip
Now nobody can use it bruh..😂😕
0:50 you will thank me later ladies (the guy next to the guy taking 😂)
You thirsty ass needs a boyfriend asap
How fun
knowing me, I would think I was stuck in the slide and have a panic attack lol.
Well you cant, unless the power goes out, look at the tubes when they spin you get transporte out of them by gravity.
@@MouseGoat i know but i would still have a panic attack
Top speed 10 kmph waauww
This looks f***ing terrifying
Honestly, this looks incredibly boring. Once you're in there you just sit still and swing a little bit until you make it to the big river
Finally someone with common sense. Most the video is sped up.
Song name 0:14 ?
The average water slide is 20mph
This came out to 5mph
If I went on that I would of shat my self 😂
This looks horrifying.
I want to ride it.
Wait I watched an on ride POV. It makes a lot more sense now. It’s just one big slide, not multiple all tied up. This actually seems fucking lit.
It's all fun a games till Godzilla comes screaming
i’m aftaid
Uhhh, no.
It is completely safe because this thing looks like it could kill thousands of people
I need this in my life holy shit
À 6 years old child idea in Switzerland.
pentagram ?
Wut if u went upside down
There's something called gravity, making that impossibale
Gust Gaming jaja
Australians experience that every day
Imagine getting stuck
Wtf
Vector has sensed, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS MACHINE
This seems cool but at the same time easily to hurt someone :0
What the heck
Nope.
Can someone please explain to me how this is exciting. Ones you are inside it. You come to a stand still while the tube moves underneath you. Pointless. Its main aim is to look good on the outside. Waste of money
th-cam.com/video/jrR39JxKkqw/w-d-xo.html here’s a PoV , you don’t stand still , The spinning moves you around ( cuz the slide is not a straight section it’s got lots of curves which become short drops ) but you’re never actually upside down ( thank Jesus )
China
That looks so disorienting.
