Anastasia. Sometimes we need to be in the sunshine to feel normal. Also doing hard work, something strenuous that tires us, helps too. For me spending a lot of time thinking can become emotionally draining and that is when I get going on something physically hard. It takes my mind off the depression. Winter means less sunlight & indoors means less strenuous activity. Keep at your YT videos & editing. Thank you for sharing. Ben/ michigan

I'd love it if there was snow in Greece this time of the year too. We get the summer heat from very early though, around late April/early March and i can't stand that.
Working out always helps with your mood. Same with organising your stuff and work too.
