Min Yoongi hi! I know I'm probably not the one you're expecting a reply from, but I thought I'd share some ideas with you: when I'm too lazy to go down, I just stand or squat a bit. Especially at the part where you're supposed to slowly get up. So if you can, maybe instead of spinning on your knees, just spin and slowly squat, do the hand movements, turn to your right and slowly get up! I'm sorry if I don't make sense because I'm not a dancer 😥 but I hope you think of an alternative soon!

I was "kinda" doing it in the video cos my KNEES were exposed due to my ripped jeans. but I'll tell u that you need to have very strong thighs to be in this "half-kneel" position. So I didn't put all my weight on my knee SO it wouldn't have abrasions hhehe you could seriously try it. I would advise spinning harder to use that momentum to get into the position rather than rely so much on your thigh muscles ! good luck !

I opened my book to read then ended up sweating trying to kick my life out doing the chorus part. 😹😹 that's my fave part of the choreo so i only learned the kicking part 😹😹😹😹
