Would you mind explaining the last part, when you chuck the LFO's on the Macros, how do you know that they're 1/8 and 1/4?

he is having the macro slider on full amount and then he is adjusting the frequency of of the LFO so it fits to 1/4. ( It snaps to certaint frequencies because it is set to Beat (you can adjust that by clicking on the note icon right next to it) ). Now he can adjust the macro slider through an automation clip. ( 0%= the default 1/16 100%= 1/4.
I probably described it terribly. 😂

Apparently in Logic it is called LFO 1 Tempo and not LFO 1 Frequency as on Vital itself
