And Sonic being better than him even though he was being wronged “as a bad kid” because apparently, people love to treat him like an overrated jerk even if he’s the one in the right?
This also happened when Amy overreacted when Sonic played with her heart and stood her up, and Knuckles yelled at him that he was crazy and tired of his shit in Cracking Knuckles as if he could get away with that but if Sonic did, he should get karma from his friends!

I think that was TMS Entertainment international. They do text edits so other countries kids dont get confused. Which is dumb considering how many different name the mystery shack from Gravity Falls has in different countries including Japan.

I can't stand Japanese background music and sometimes they take the humour too far. Too bad the English dub completely ruined the second half of the Metarex arc or I would just prefer the English version.

Yes. The English text is custom. It is a translation of what was on the sign originally, hence why it's in this video.

Yeah that is definitely no Sonic X I've ever been familiar with in my childhood. Then again I don't remember having watched the show very actively back at that age, but I feel like that whole anime 4th wall breaking shtick wasn't a thing for Westerners.
This is the japanese version of the show. The 4 kids English dub removed and/or changed the dialoge for some of this so that's a reason you may or may not remember some of this. I hope this was helpful to you hun!
