好哥哥👫🐈🐈好太太早。各位好友早🙋♀️ 好哥哥今日教煲蕃茄大豆芽排骨湯 大豆芽 含豐富維他命B2和礦物質 營養豐富又含有膳食纖維 放入番茄排骨一起煲 蕃茄酸甜 大豆芽酒味香濃爽脆 排骨肉嫩

蕃茄大荳芽排骨湯
材料:
蕃茄4個
大荳芽150克
急凍排骨400克
薑1小舊
蒜頭4粒
處理:
1. 排骨,清水解凍。
2. 排骨已解凍,倒去水分,加入粗鹽1茶匙,醃10分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。
3. 蕃茄,清水洗乾淨,1開6。
4. 蒜頭,去皮。
5. 薑,去皮,拍鬆。
6. 排骨,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
7. 在鑊內加入清水1升,放排骨落鑊,加入米酒1湯匙,大火滾起至起泡,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
8. 洗乾淨鑊。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油半湯匙。
2. 加入蕃茄,爆香。
3. 加入薑及蒜頭,壓爛蕃茄。
4. 加入排骨。
5. 加入適量大滾水,大火滾起,轉中慢火,滾20分鐘。
6. 另一邊,洗乾淨一隻鑊,白鑊,炒香大荳芽。
7. 排骨湯,轉大火,加入大荳芽。
8. 加入少許鹽及糖,大火滾起。
9. 完成,上碟,可享用。
Pork ribs soup with soybean sprouts and tomatoes
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 4 Nos.
Soybean sprouts 150g
Frozen pork ribs 400g
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Garlics 4 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Pork ribs, defrost in tap water.
2. Pork has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, season for 10 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it.
3. Tomatoes, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 6 shares.
4. Garlics, get them peeled.
5. Ginger, get it peeled. Beat well.
6. The pork, rinse with tap water. Drain.
7. Add in 1L of water in wok, put pork in it. Add in 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine. Heat it up at high flame until bubbles arising. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
8. Rinse the wok.
Steps:
1. Heat up 0.5 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. Add in tomatoes, fry well.
3. Add in ginger and garlics, squash the tomatoes.
4. Add in pork.
5. Add in appropriate amount of boiled-up water, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and cook for 20 minutes.
6. On the other side, rinse a wok. Fry the sprouts well with no oil.
7. Pork soup, turn to high flame. Add in the sprouts.
8. Add in little salt and sugar, heat up at high flame.
9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
