Okay. First things first. This animation was Brilliant! And way too good! Second, I absolutely loved the Tom hand idea. Third, Imagine if Alice became that "thing". Absolutely terrifying
This came out really good! The glitches aren't distracting at all. In fact, before I read your comments, I thought this was intentional. Like there was a part of the loop where Allison, Tom, and Alice did something off script, so the world around them is glitching out. Kinda like the flashes Henry gets during certain parts of the game.

WOW! This animation was amazing. The only problem which you have already mentioned are the glitches on stuff but that barely made the animation worse. The lip sync was great. It went with the song which is impressive seeing how the song was never made for BATIM. . The lighting was good. Overall really great animation.
