I followed your advice to only use dark crystal on red nucleus and got a Samir just using the dark crystal that came from my rewards. Apparently Samir is the meta right now, so that worked out.

Best video so far. But i repeat the most important part: F2Ps should NEVER, i repeat NEVER summon on limited banners until they have saved up full 120 wishes (pity doesn't matter at all, 120 wishes, not 1 less). This is a big difference to genshin. More streamers should highlight this.
Thanks for clarifying the gold, red and black nuclei. I was on the right track as I did spend my dark crystals only on the red ones. Another thing that was confusing was why we only roll for weapons and not characters but I encountered this same mechanic in Granblue Fantasy where you roll for the weapon to get the character along with it.
I think what's good about this games gacha is that you can buy the weapon you want in the limited banner. Sa you can just earn enough summons for it and don't go on in another 80 just to hit guaranteed pity.
For Anyone That Plays Genshin, The limited banner is the same as genshin, the Card things are Basically the weapon banner, the black nucleus banner is just the worse standard banner and gold is standard banner, hope this helped
There's another thing that could be added here, it may sound obvious but might just help someone that didn't know it yet, specially F2P players :) If you max out the SR weapons, whenever you pull them again using red nuclei it'll convert them to 1 flame gold (same as with black gold), so it could potentially take you less than 120 pulls to get all the tokens needed to buy Nemesis from the store!

I follow 1 rule whenever there's a skin gacha available (cause there's always a 5 RN prize too): up to 4 pulls is worth it, but never go past that mark. If I get the skin, great! if not, at least I'll get an extra couple pulls on a weapon banner and that's way better imo

For exp in late game where you have to grind for exp,, their exp worth grows along with your lvl so it’s better to collect them later on. They won’t leave the game and you can collect them anytime, so it’s better to collect them on the right time. This is just a tip tho, you can collect them now still if you want but it’s better for later.
The black ones are really important early because they help you max your SR characters faster. Then when you pull a SR on the limited banner you get two of the Flame Gold instead of one making it much easier to hit 120.
Been playing since the release of this game on PlayStation 4 and as a free-to-play player I have attained like five or six SSR and have nearly 6 star every SR one of my SSR even came out of the black orb banner
Wait to do red pulls until after you've 6 star'd your SR characters through the gold banner. Each additional one will turn into an extra Flame Gold currency (when pulling from the Red banner), so if you *do* lose the 50/50 you don't have to pull the full extra 40 times. I saved 9 and could have saved 6 more if I had known.
I didn't know i could use dark nucleuses for the limited banner, so basically the black crystals are just like primogems in Genshin? 2 characters that I was interested in gameplay wise. Shield/Big Axe lady and double gun one. got the shield lady on the 30 garanted pull with the golden nucleus. Having dupes is WAY better in this than Genshin since you just can buy the dupes in the shop with the tokens. It's grindy as hell (as usual >_>) but it's an objective. Unlike genshin where you just rely on luck.
Bro the yellow nucleus are easy to find till now I probably used up close to 150 or so. I'm always looking out for them and I think once a week they respawn again. but the red nucleus are very hard to get I think to really do it as free to play player it will take probably countless hours of play time just to get 30 of them so if you want read it might cost cash.

Im on the same boat as you but I just am refraining from rolling on it. While the pity carries over, the token currency got from rolling however does not and the red tokens will convert to gold tokens.
so ps4 and ps5 are totally different? because I had nemesis and other badass stuff but when I jumped on ps5 version I had to start over. i don't know what the traits are either. my ps5 won't show me what it does or how to use it and I can't find a video of someone actually explaining it very good. they show battle but I don't know what's happening with the trait.

I was on my 2nd reroll when I realized that red is the "limited banner". Then black crystals are sorts like the primo gems to exchange for "red fates". So I exchanged all my crystals for red nuclei. But 4 rerolls after and still no Nemesis 😆

Its always a 50/50 when pulling for Nemesis. You spend the 120 Flame Gold in the shop as the only guarantee.
