I like his way of thinking regarding A.I. I think the usability of evaluation tools will increase as long as the design of them are focused on qualitative data.
More job offers, less salaries and at least for me, I had to become a small business entrepreneur to survive beeing a designer and Im very proud of this.
I have a background in Architecture, and we currently encountered (like in the last 10 years) a very similar experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling). Thanks to BIM today, one architect can do the job of 5 architects. Unfortunately, this technological advancement didn't reflect in the salaries. Honestly, that is one of the reasons why I am currently transitioning into UX (ps. not a main reason). However, BIM managers (usually extern consulting companies) can charge very handsomely. So do you think there will be a similar experience in UX with AI, where a new consulting branch will be formed?
@@Alexisjhaha right now, I am doing mostly technical writing and graphic design. On the side, I build webflow websites. But with AI here now, I am thinking of shifting to product design.
I'm interested in how AI could help in interpreting user commands in the desired, not literal, way. Are there any studies or other material I can read to learn more about this? Is there a name for this that I can search for? Thanks!

No really. UX will be very much STANDARIZED. If you can noticed there is no much Innovation around UX Discipline.
@@MrDubzein Standardized -- and no more innovation in UX. Yes, you nailed it, which is why I left UX after several years and moving on.
@@denniszenanywhere What field did you end up staying after leaving UX?

Maybe Natural Language Processing?
It would be very interesting to listen to what possible impact new tools like ChatGPT will have on UX research
Exactly.
Very interesting
UX will be CHEAPER just like Graphic Design nowadays. UI will be even CHEAPER. There is no hype around UX anymore.
3:50 thank me later.
