Davidoff Cool Water for Woman Fragrance Review (1996)

Hello beautiful people. Here is the review which I thought I had done but never ended up doing, the very popular Cool Water for Women, an absolute top seller. check it out if you are looking for an affordable, long lasting and amazing summer fragrance, this is also pretty unisex to my nose.
Major notes from Fragrantica are
luscious, cool and aquatic with Citrus, Honeydew Melon, Quince, Pineapple, Lotus and Lily. Heart notes are gentle flowers; May Rose, Jasmine and Muguet. Base notes are Musk, Vanilla, Peach, Sandalwood, Orris and Vetiver

Great reviews.. but has davidoff cool water men has reformulated?? It doesn't smell the same as back in 2013-2014 . Lacks the spice crunch and the lasting ? Do you think it has changed ? Is cool water woman similar to the vintage one ?

From where I live the EDT sells around Rp100K-Rp200K-ish. It's the standard price but could be considered expensive to lower income folks.
