I was in London in July to see Tegan and Sara and one night we went to a open mic night. There was a solo woman, then a band that were decent then the terrible one (we won't go into that) Well I tend to download the free single of the week from iTunes whenever it's someone I don't have or the preview is dreadful. Then sometimes forget about it all. I've just found it, sounded fun so looked at the video on TH-cam, and it's that same solo woman!
For a lovely, bouncy, energetic pure-pop song, I was expecting something far more dynamic and fun from the video. Shame, but there you go - song's WAY better than this... :)
Unfortunately that's when being a self funding DIY singer songwriter comes in to play.. No big marketing budget - Gavin Randall did a great job considering :) Thanks so much for supporting my music though, means a lot. x
