My right hearing aid is not working

Both of my hearing aids are not working. Going on over 2 month and not having them. After downloading the new app I no longer have any of those modes, I lost the availability of adjusting BOTH hearing aids. I no longer have relax mode. I never had panoramic, or my mode. I'm not a happy customer!

I am a hearing aid user and you may have to repair your hearing aids to the app again.
